Greetings...sorry for the late response. i am certain if you google Lebanese/Middle Eastern or Persian markets you will find the Kunafa dough...good luck!
You are welcome. The first time I made them with my mom it was hard too...many fatayer ago! It gets easier...trust me. Good luck and I hope you enjoy the recipes.
Thanks for the video, I love and miss eating spinich Fatyer. My Mom used to make it all the time and I tried once on my own but it was hard, watching your videos will help alot to re-create the meals I grew up on. Thanks!
LooL! I'm with you! he posts all this stuff but won't show how to do it so he can get you to "buy" his cookbook! Please!! I can just "google" it for free! LoooL
Im actually doing it right now!! i added more dough into my hands.. seems to get much better !!! Thanks a lot... I've never cooked before & Im only cooking nowadays since its Ramadan & I'm trying to create an atmosphere for myself since i'm here for school and single lol..
Thanks a lot Chef.. and if possible, please tell me whats your dough recipe for my future meals :)
If so, I have made the dough "sticky" so that you can roll it out using generous flour and so that when you pinch the seams toether they will remain closed while they bake. My suggestion is dip your fingers in flour before pinching the seams shut - then the dough will not stick to you - but it will stick together when you close the spinach triangle.
My only problem is with this dough, its killing me !! Please show us how can we make the dough.. It seems to be easy to make yet I already made the dough 3 times and the parts kept being very sticky and never stick to each other.. Please help chef Kamal :)
Lol watching random pastry videos to get shaping ideas to use with a different recipe.

Are you using my recipe for the dough?
If so, I have made the dough "sticky" so that you can roll it out using generous flour and so that when you pinch the seams toether they will remain closed while they bake. My suggestion is dip your fingers in flour before pinching the seams shut - then the dough will not stick to you - but it will stick together when you close the spinach triangle.
let me know if this helps.
Best regards,
Chef Kamal
