This is like my first japanese movie I ever saw!

I forgot the name...but the plot is very similar...

An ugly, nerdy guy who work in a fast food place. Fall in love with this rich pretty girl.

Then a strange guy give him a card, then the guy give him this potion to drink, which makes him handsome and let's him persude this pretty rich girl.

At the end they end up together, and she like him even if he's ugly...
