anybody notice at 9:12 Soderling pretends to shake the umpires hand and pulls off. Good thing Federer humiliated him in straight sets and he's not playing now.
So why couldn't you just state that opinion rationally instead of spouting incoherent abuse. It makes it so easy to shoot you down when you play the internet warrior.
Not quite sure which part of the quiet discussion in the video merited you launching your own tirade about Soderling and his family. Seems unnecessary.
@Duststorm81 Not sure about the names but I think Black haired guy said something which Blonde haired guy (Koubek?) took offense to so he... decided t oget a strangle hold on his opponent... And was then disqualified. Or so I think
@JMSadmirer its hard to tell if he's disqualified or the black haired guy tries to get him disqualified, fails, then walks off in protest. surely tho its got to be a disqualification for that! i know if i were grabbed id be waitin outside to thump the twat! this has made me wonder, who would come out on top in both the mens and womens tour if it came to fisticuffs?
@Jubakayi The umpire annoyed Berdych by making a stupid call on his shot, and then when hawkeye proved the shot was in, he gave the point to Berdych when it should've been replayed. So basically, the umpire can't do his job properly AT ALL, and he screwed over both players in one call.
@Jubakayi The umpire gave the point to Berdych after watching the hawkeye. Nadal argued because, anyway, he had returned that ball in. I think Nadal was right and the point should have been replayed, but I don´t know the rules back to front so I might be wrong
thanks for the upload. what i just have to say at this point is: fock u people filming shit with your smartphones. EVERYWHERE. these gnhihihi faces holding up their shitty phone filming some possible-dramatic stuff. i hate those postmodern gawkers. 6:20
This is one of the reasons I think djokovic will never be as loved as Federer or Nadal. I mean I've never seen nadal destroy a racquet, and the one time Federer destroyed one it was because he had repeatedly been hitting errors off his forehand. Djokovic regularly destroys racquets when opponents hit winners past him which is downright disrespectful
@Snoep76239 I believe Mikhail Youzhny deserves an honorable mention, especially when he performed racquet abuse against his own forehead and drew blood!
I remember the Roddick match when he got called for a foot fault. I may not be the biggest Roddick fan, I think he should have let it go quicker than he did.... But he was right in the fact that it was NOT his right foot. Look at his serve, his right for is, just like he says, NEVER in front in his left. People somehow always seem to forget that when talking about this incident.
@LGHHJHH Funny I met him too once - when he was a kid and he was pretty friendly then 10 years ago before his complete slide into asshole hall of fame. Check out his meltdown today - classy action from a 10 - 11 year veteran player.
A person in the crowd started jeering Fernando and talking smack and all hell broke loose, fernando started fighting with the crowd yelling and cussing and they jeered him for 5 minutes straight. Fernando kept turning around fighting with people yelling stuff. Eventually the Spanish and the French in the crowd started fighting. CRAZY Crazy match.
@iMidnightSkies nadal was right. the original 'in' call by the linesman was overruled by the umpire as 'out.' berdych challenged the 'out' call. the ball was in. the point needs to be replayed. the fact that nadal held his finger up as a challenge is irrelevant because the umpire overruled the call that nadal was going to challenge.
@hi808ih U got to understand, the umpire was not sure in the first place but when he saw Nadal held the finger up, he just followed him because ,u know, it's a 'uncertain reaction moment' like what happen to the referee in soccer. The empire call out was not essential at all because Nadal's action was to challenge and casually hit the ball like the point is over. U know the rule, when a player wrongly challenge during the point, he lost the point.
@aonutube no the rule is. once the UMPIRE makes the call, no matter the player does, that's the call. it is up to a player to challenge and if he or she is right, the point is replayed. what nadal did or didn't do is irrelevant simply b/c the umpire interjected. still. his reaction was terrible.
@ghlover2001 The empire should've not made the call at all in this case as he just followed Nadal cause he was like 'considerate' of Nadal decision (Though he was not sure). The Nadal dude made the call First then the Umpire. They should've respected the rule stated by you above but in this weird case, it's kind of like Nadal started first and in the Umpire consent, he wrongly challenged (thus lost the point) which I agreed. I think the rule could be bent.
@aonutube you're right. the umpire shouldn't have made the call at all. he should have allowed nadal to challenge and lose the point fair and square. but because he DID overrule and berdych challenged and got it right, the point HAS to be replayed. especially b/c nadal had a play on the ball. those are the rules. there's no bending it. on those grounds alone nadal was right, but his reaction was over the top seeing as he would've challenged the original out call and lost the point anyway.
Nadal gets coached, calls trainers for no reason, and squeals like a pig when hitting the ball. Prior to this year, Djokovic was a catcher that retired when it got too hot or when he was losing. Federer cries when he wins or loses: Grade A ass-clown. Murray may never win a major because he's a pusher that feigns injury when down and yawns when nervous. My point? Everyone has vices and imperfections. It's the differences in characters that make tennis exciting to watch.
goddam, it kills me to watch the thing with roddick, she meant the foot on the right from her point of view obviously, not HIS right foot, it was all a big misunderstanding, and if one of them would just speak up and say what they meant it wouldnt be a problem. if you go back and watch it closely it does look like he moves his LEFT foot onto the line, the RIGHT foot from her point of view... goddam, people these days dont fucking speak up
@pararesis No she didnt. These people are specifically trained to be correct and clear on which foot causes the fault. They are not allowed to state the wrong foot just because it is from their perspective. She made a mistake and was too stubborn to correct herself.
@solopieceThey made Nadal loose the point as the referee assumed he called the ball out (which he did in the same time as the referee). If Nadal challenges the ball and the ball is in, he loses the point, but the thing is that the referee AND Berdych calls the balls out so normally the point should be replayed. The referee assumed Nadal stopped playing the ball before the call (as he was going to challenge it, it looked like it on the replay) and therefore he loses it. Hard call even on replay!
I think it's funny how the umpire in the Roddick match actually continues the argument with Roddick. You could see the umpire smiling while Roddick starts to engage him in the conversation.
Tennis players are the biggest bitches of all sports in the world. The biggest bitchy people nasty snobbish and walk around like their s@#$ don't stink.
@kalulew I completely disagree. the amount of pressure being put on one person is unreal. you look at other team sports like football, rugby and even basketball sometimes- if the umpire/ref makes a bad choice there is absolute uproar with swearing, people being threatend to be beaten up. and no-one gets punished for it. tennis, you could well get suspension for a few months or $10,000 fines! why do you think its called the 'gentlemens sport'?

Tennis players are the biggest bitches of all sports in the world. The biggest bitchy people nasty snobbish and walk around like their s@#$ don't stink.
kalulew 11 months ago
@kalulew I completely disagree. the amount of pressure being put on one person is unreal. you look at other team sports like football, rugby and even basketball sometimes- if the umpire/ref makes a bad choice there is absolute uproar with swearing, people being threatend to be beaten up. and no-one gets punished for it. tennis, you could well get suspension for a few months or $10,000 fines! why do you think its called the 'gentlemens sport'?

@kalulew They're probably one of the best behaved sportsman of all professional sports.
