I thought I was nuts for reading way too much into this because I also got the sense that the Merlin and Arthur just became parents. (though without Arthur knowing xD) Stupid dragon, just making it even more harder to stop seeing them as cannon. Coins, Paths, Destinies, Lands build TOGETHER, and now a baby dragon.

And those scenes... of course is perfectly normal for the manservant to jump to the king's bed.
