Is there anyway i can draw my character in front view and rotate it so their will be a side view!!!

if you want to rotate objects in 3d you want a 3d program.

as far as i know there arent any animation or drawing programs that will take a "front" view, and translate it into a "side" view for you.

toon boom animate is close, you can rotate your 2d drawings in a 3d space, but they're still flat like paper
