  • LOL...a worldwide conspiracy to supress creationism? Why is it that when you pull the covers back, the only people that are pushing creationism as a science are theistic. The scientific community accepts evolution and we are talking about SCIENCE class here. You don't care about science, or science education. At least have the intellectual honesty to admit you want your religion taught in science class. (And don't bother calling evolution a religion. Evolution has evidence, your god doesn't)

  • 2+2=4 and basically 1=1 is a TOOL, accurate and correct, not a Religion.

Learn from the decent ROM-Kaths and Luth-PROTs, that they TRUST [their] G-D that he accomplishes Evolution exactly the way, as is being found out by scientific research.

  • @kleenex3000 Doing math does not equate to the science fiction of evolution. Try using your reasoning in a science controlled debate and you would be laugh off the platform.

  • @BereanBeacon1 "laugh off" Actually this is unlikely. the ww scientific community is very clear on this. IF you studied the algorithms (based on mathematics iow 1=1) that lead to prove the OLD AGE of the Earth (4.44...4.51 Billion Ys; newest data: May2010) then your laughter would be stuck in your throat.

You are INSULTING [your] G-D that you have no trust in the mechanisms of Evolution of the Universe, the Planetes, and Life on Earth - you DEGRADE him to a fingersnipping Druid/witchmaster.

  • @BereanBeacon1 Only by someone who doesn't understand logic

  • Of the simplest machines, a toothpick has no moving parts. Of the most complex of machines, a protein has the highest of manufacturing requirements. Given every tree on the planet and infinite time, evolution could never make a toothpick. Even incompetent engineers know that.

Without totalitarian censorship and persecution, evolution would not last a month.

  • Im happy to see my tax money actually going to proper use by getting out the Idiots that take a job of teaching & push their Bronze Age idiotic ideas. Even the Chatholic Schools teach evolution (even more than public schools. Shame on you for "Bearing false witness" against the people in the school district by saying just being a christian will get you in trouble.

  • @M1ST3RHYDE Creationists are very interested in real science, not science fiction.

All evolutionists have is hot air on the mostly anonymous Internet. We have the real science backed up by the $10,000 Life Science Prize. You can evolve from a chicken and win the prize or make cowardly remarks on websites until you ultimately die and become a creationists after it's too late. My last remark to you is something that everyone understands: CLUCK, CLUCK

  • SCIENCE Only IN SCIENCE CLASS !

  • If there is a god, the only thing it ever did for us was planted the first one cell organism on this planet billions of years ago. It does not grant your wishes, does not create illness, and has not effected earth in any way for billions of years. God could have been an asteroid with frozen one cell organisms, it could have been an alien which planted the cells onto earth, but it certainly was not a human. The human shape took billions of years to form, long after god planted the seed of life.

  • What does it take to get tenure? Securing grant money for research. Having your grad students make it beyond a dissertation. Getting your research published in peer-reviewed journals. Now, go look at Gonzalez's record on these factors and tell me if it's still a conspiracy. 'Nuff said.

  • I LOVE Sharks, don't get me wrong, but this made me sleep.

  • Romans 1:25; "who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen."

  • If otherwise qualified medical school professors publically advocated alchemy as an alternative theory to chemistry, should they lose their jobs?

  • also: he was denied because he is a cdesign proponentsists, look it up

  • cry moar, it's hilarious to see the people that hiss at the word "science" cry their little eyes out that scientists consider their head-in-the-sand philosophy sophomoric.

  • OMG! Heaven forbid we enforce this little document called the Constitution of the United States, including this little provision that says "Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion."

  • lawilson200, As usual, people of you ilk misinterpret the first amendment and shred the freedom of speech part to suit your desire to impose your religion (evolution) on others.

  • BB-Do we need to give you a lesson in Constitutional Law? What part of the language to the First Amendment do you fail to comprehend? No law can be made that advances or furthers religion. This is the essence for protecting the second part of the Amendment, the freedom of religion. The two goes hand in hand. Without one, you don't have the other.

  • Sadly, lawilson200 is correct. The 1st amendment allows the promotion of religion in public bodies to be challenged. This is America's great weakness and may yet lead to its downfall.

  • @BereanBeacon '' your desire to impose your religion (evolution) on others''

Please tell the world why you IDiots think Science [Evolution is part of Biology, a science] is a religion when Science does not use the supernatural. I understand why you don't understand anything about science, but being religious I would think you know what a religion is.

  • @lawilson200 or how about non-discrimination of religious orientation? these people need to sue for discrimination, and fraud

  • @yahuel1 - I do love trips down memory lane, especially on postings and issues long since forgotten. Since its been more than three years since I posted on this video, you will need to be a little more clear on your question. What precisely are you asking me?

  • what ever happened to freedom of speech? These people might be wrong but how are we ever going to make any further advancements if common thoughts are never tested or criticized?I am a creationist but also want to learn why others feel and believe the way they do.You can learn from people even if you think they are wrong.

  • basszack, if both sides were presented it would be the end for evolution and they know it.

  • i don't mean as a whole, but rather if they bring up a point that aids in my understanding of god even inadvertently than i am grateful of it.

  • did you give me the thumbs down?if so why?

  • i guess i should apologize,i thought we were supposed to try to be understanding of others and learn from those that we can.Anyone who thinks that they can't learn something from every single has a problem with pride!!also as Christians we should bring people together not just criticise them and assume we are always 100% right.

  • @BereanBeacon neither side should be presented in schools...origins have nothing to do with "science" since we can not observe the origins from either side here...why the need for origins being taught or discussed at all? the point is that the evolution religion is taught as fact, and it is not. The schools need to be sued for fraud and violation of of many constitutional rights and non-compliance to the constitution. Problem is, USA doesnt abide by its own constitution...

  • @yahuel1" the point is that the evolution religion is taught as fact, and it is not."

Hello? The point is evolution has been proven as fact, get over it.

  • > if common thoughts are never tested or criticized

like all scientific theories, the theory of evolution is tested and criticized constantly. that's why the theory of evolution at darwin's time is not the same as it is today.

  • i was referring to the punishment of the people in the video for there alternative views.i also don't think people who teach evolution should lose there jobs by what they believe is fact.

  • personal views may be in some cases crucial for the job. for instance, i wouldn't hire a creationist as a biology-teacher, since this person clearly lacks the understanding of the scientific method (if he poses creation science as science).

  • ok but would you be willing to hear the reasoning for there belief?so should we say that since i believe in god i am not suitable to be a scientist that studies astronomy or geology?

  • as long as you don't support the introduction of a supernatural being into science, i couldn't care less in which god you believe.

  • i also don't think that an religion should come into play, atheism is a religion as well.a scientist should see what the effect of something is without bringing personal feelings into the equation and if it can't be explained than shouldn't god be considered?

  • > atheism is a religion as well

neither theism nor atheism are religions. christianity is a religion, islam is a religion.

    > if it can't be explained than shouldn't god be considered?

like in the ancient times, when humans explained thunders using god?

god can't be tested, therefore it's not science. however you can use your god-idea in philosophy and theology, since they both don't follow the scientific method.
