  • they could not pay me enough to do this.

  • I'll never do this job

  • More like balls OF DIAMOND!!!!!

  • The guy in this video has BALLS OF STEEL.

  • just when I thought there was little room to stand on at the end... his partner gets up aswell lol

  • 1) put this in fullscreen

    2) watch this video for 4/5 minutes

    3) thumbs up if your hands are sweating and colder/hotter than usual

btw, couldn't they just put the electrical wires and stuff at the bottom of the tower?!

  • Its completly insane...rsrsrs... it's hard to see this video on the computer, imagine than climb on this crazy place...Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • *looks down* NOOOOOPPPPPEEEEEE

I don't think anybody could pay me enough to do that job nope nope

  • actually, there is a quick way down.... very quick :P

  • FUCK THAT

  • IM SO SCARED!!!!!! i'm afraid of heights... :'(

  • Where is this at?

  • Damn it! I forgot my screwdriver.

  • now how do you put that tower up

  • I understand it pays around 60k a year. I don't think so!!! In fact it

Could be 60k a climb and my pussy ass still would not even put an application in.

Why don't they keep tools at the top of each tower?

They could design it safer. Near the top when they only use those pegs on that 2-3" pipe is bullshit.

The way he has to get on the very top could cause a fatality easily.

The people who engineer these towers must never have to climb one, if they did they would be built much differently.

  • @9999finesilver this is an old tower newer ones have poles for saftey cables in case the worker slips so he dosent fall.

  • u mirin ?

  • even for a million a year i wouldnt go up there....fuck this

  • how much money per hour?

  • @Lyzx they probably making 7.25 lol... im sure they are making alot to do this. i wouldnt do it for 200 an hour

  • a muscle cramp would be f*cked-up!

  • Still waiting for Episode 2: Getting back down...

  • my god, I'm a nervous wreck after watching this

  • I dont know how they got up there with there massive balls

  • My hands a sweating like a bastard...

  • Chuck Norris? Engineers Bitch.

  • If a storm breaks there's no quick way down - oh yes there is.

  • use helicopter you freaking crazy , lol

  • I wonder how pissed they get when they drop the screw driver?

  • how much do you make????????????

  • I would take a stone all the way and up i would throw it down and watch it fall

    Like a boss

  • Why the fuck would they do this.

  • @Eyshld21sm to repair it

  • this quy should make 10 000 dollar after tax per week

  • Sorry,but why not use a helicopter??

  • I'm getting Dizzy! :D

  • Like a boss...

  • what the fuck man honestly. why would anyone do that... my legs felt like jelly just watching this.

  • This makes my butt pucker up

  • I dont know how this man is able to do this without having sweaty palms and having his whole body shaking while he's climbing!

  • these guys have to climb up 1700 feet to change a lightbulb. -__-

  • I was scared just watching it

  • I feel like screaming to this guy, "HOOK IT, damnit! Keep hooking that damn safety line above you on each time, BEFORE you take a few steps up---not AFTER!"

  • The thing is though, after a certain height, you're dead no matter what. If you fall one hundred feet, you're just as screwed as if you were to fall 100,000 feet.

  • like.. fallen down from the tower

  • Comment removed

  • i wonder if someone has died from this job..

  • @Minukiisu1: Sadly...:-( yes, people have died doing this job.

  • That's gotta be way more than 1768 feet!

    More like 17,000 feet!

I'm an electrician and I can use up 3.5 rolls of wire in a day, each 500 feet long, this has GOT to be more than that!

  • @MuikJuaggre well seeing as 3.5 x 500 is 1750 feet, and this is 1768 feet, it is.

  • @RaynaDJ You're such a smartass :p

  • and to get down...... the same???

  • My palms are sweating now.

There is no way you'd get me up there. I can't believe how little time he spends hooked on.

I don't want to think about the law of averages when they're climbing on top of the mast.

  • no safety wire = life not important.

  • I wonder has anyone ever fallen off the top of one of those towers

  • @donalolz The same way they went up.

  • 5:14 - there is 1 quick way down.

    JUMP!

  • wonder how much he gets?

  • Who's the hater? That's what I wanna know.

  • at least his office has a nice view...

his job is a high ranking position...

i can see their differences in hierarchy...

    another stressful day at work...

at least he has good cell phone reception...

if he falls, at least he can call home to say goodbye on the way down...

man he must hear this stuff all the time...

  • just one slip...

  • just got so dizzy i nearly fell off my chair... guess that kinda counts me out of this type of work

  • holy shit man thats nuts

  • I bet there aren't any Affirmative Action people crying over these jobs.

  • who the hell builds these things and how?

  • I felt my balls ride up into my stomach just watching this. It Doesn't help that the guy's head moves up and down...

  • brave men......though they have harnesses to hold them incase they fall...still bloody brave......I get the jitters from the top diving board !

  • @bobkumar The only time they are hooked to the tower is when you see him clip on, other than that if he slips...he drops

  • only fools would do this

  • "Alright...lets change this light bulb and call it a day"

  • i would hate to have this job.

  • what happens when you get to the top..........and then faint..,,,the positive side is.....even if you do fall off.......its not instant death..........you got about 10 minutes before you hit the ground....if you got a mobile you could call the missus or maybe listen to motzarts third sympohony from beginning to end.

  • @eblip haahah ;d

  • 5:12 "There's no quick way down." .. Yes there is? :)

  • Why don't they just ask Superman to help them?

  • they should carry a parachute with them so when theyre done working on the antennae they dont have to climb all the way back down :)

  • we wathced it at church today.

  • Balls of steel.

  • better song would be two steps from hell-moving mountains

  • Who's the genius that decided to put a box over a thousand feet in the air? I mean, really? The logic, where is it?

  • @xFinalTruthx probably the guy who's climbing in the video, so he could get paid..I bet there is not many people he has to compete with to keep his job.

  • @xFinalTruthx to create jobs just like this? :P

  • i almost shat my pants here...

  • From 5:15 until 7:00, I don't think that hook is being secured correctly; I mean there is almost nothing to prevent it from slipping off.

    Very brave of them.
