You are so beautiful, Dont let anyone destroy your joy. I too am on the protocol... (check out my channel).. I started at 203.4, and as of today I am 173.2, I am 5 feet 8 inches... Anyways, I was on a emotional rollercoaster for a long time as well and actually ballooneed up to 243.. So you can do it!! I know u said you did the protocol before so you already know what to expect. Stay strong and positive girl, You can and will succeed...
