I love the sanitary pad as insole for shoes. I have very sweaty feet and I realise this is a very cheap way to get insoles. They aren't very cheap in departmental stores....

I agree w/ you. I always thought BB creams are really no different from foundation....just more moisturizing. I don't use BB cream 'cause I really don't like to put too much stuff on my face. Is mineral powder just as bad as foundation/bb creams for your face? I do use mineral powder.

hi queenie, i'm one of your new subscribers and the sanitary pad trick to absorb sweat works really well. i have hyperhidrosis so i sweat so much and i even live in a tropical country...bad combination. the sanitary pad is quite absorbent and not irritating against the skin, thanks so much for this tip.:)

Hehe I will admit, I might just use the pad in the underarms of blazers! Especially wearing tanks underneath, it's a good idea so you don't have to dry clean your jacket all the time. I've seen pharmacies sell actual products like that but it's kinda pricy for something disposable. It's also a great way if you're in a rush!

yeah, the first thought is "gross!" but what is gross about using sanitary pads for other practical purposes? they are clean, unused & altho they're not sterile like a band-aid, they are already pre-adhesive. the idea of using them as shoe liners is nothing short of genius! helps your feet not to slip around, too. i love how you think, QQ--i wish we were sisters! :) xo
