In my opinion, its funny how the rest of the world still can't even F**k with the F-14, and we have totally retired it, and have 50 years more advanced Interceptors.
@Aresbro True, grounded last March, killed it's own pilot because he has engine fluid in his blood (caused him to be drunk) and the rest fortunately just survived.
Yeah, just its cursing speed exceeds what you have, but the top speed is still classified and no one really knows for sure. But the thing is, you can only go so fast before you lose conscientiousness when turning. I suspect they've found that fine balance of stealth and speed with maximum effectiveness. Unfortunately, there are not enough, but when considering the secret drone fighters, unmanned, they exceed all human capabilities with unequaled ability, delivering certain victory in the sky.
Have any of you fighter jet buffs heard about a supposed "Strike Raptor" being developed? I've had two different people tell me about it and I was just curious if they were just talking out of their A-holes. Apparently it looks almost identical to the F-22 but smaller and a lot less expensive. Apparently it's about the size of an F-16.... I've search high and low on the web and I didn't find anything that supported this at all!

@The1timmer2 are you possibly thinking of the F-35 It'sa VTOL jet that uses much of the same design and technology as the F-22
