In Tibetan Buddhism, you don't circumambulate a stupa counter-clockwise -- especially when reciting mantras such as Vajrasattva (mantra of purification) and Green Tara (mother of compassion), the two mantras incorporated into this track. If this was a mistake, could it be corrected?

@dianachen168 it's interesting that you noted the directions they were walking around the stupa and turning the wheels. The video was flipped, as you can see in the end and beginning with the backward text. About the robes, is it possible there are ceremonial robes? And does the garment matter that much to Budhism? As far as the video is concerned I wish they would do without the lead singer.

The robe on those participants are not for monks. The robe is not a national flag. It should be only one color-dark maroon. They walked around the stupa and turned the mani wheels in the wrong direction. It should be only clock wise. This incorporate so many elements of the Tibetan Budhism. However, the one at the front was not a Tibetan, and he was not wearing the monk robe. However, this MTV is a good example that true Buddhism does not exist on all these outside appearance.
