I have been in that place with the extreme back pain. Sleeping on the couch for days, or trying to sleep...eating all the while. The family membership sounds like a perfect idea. Nothing is better than a structured place to be active. Good luck!
Just to clarify I have not been approved by O.H.I.P. ontario health insurance plan. SO if the don;t approve me it stops there. If they do then I go to the hospital and see if they will approve me. Then I would start towards it so I have a while still.

ohhhhhh if you are going thru henry ford .you will be on my diet before the surgery :) ..congrats on the surgery going thru for you ...it sucks when you want to exercise and cant .:(
I really hope your back snaps back into shape. Also, I hope the plans for the surgery go through. Something has to happen to get you going. Make sure you are keeping us posted.
