@WretchedDrake Good eye but it was probably closer to 10 minutes. I edited out all the stuff of when I wasnt there so that no one would complain about 2 min of driving in an 8 minute video.

hey i love the way it sounds but i dont know if youve ever heard dynomax exhaust my brother had an 02 mustang gt with a saleen supercharger and it had mac headers and dynomax it sounded awesome just curious if youve heard it or not

Out of all the Mustang's, 99-04's sound the best with mac's, Magnaflow, and especially Flowmaster. The new one's sound crapy and look like it too..

i agree and flowmasters and possibly SLP but those are a little too raspy. some sound nice but others have a ton of backfire

i need to sell my 06 GT the 87 93 and 99 to 04 mustangs sound the best the 05+ mustangs don't sound as good

Yea Im not a fan of the 05+ exhaust. Not having tailpipes ruins the sound of those cars.

Pypes makes a mid muffler exhaust for the S197 GT, they sound just like the 99-04s with the mufflers in the right spot ;)

@elr2141979 06 GT thats the 3 valve motor for you. thay have there own unique sond. i like there 4 valve sond the best (cobras all years)

I have a cobra 2 the only thing that sucks is that with long tubes they can be a real hassle when it comes time to do a clutch job i would say mid-lengths are a good way to go

what kinda headers are on the car shorty or long tube? and is it a x or h pipe

Mac Longtube Headers with Mac short O/R H pipe. The car now has a VRS O/R X pipe, I think mac Catbacks sound better with an x pipe.

How many inches would there be from tube to ground?

I have an 01 thats lowered 1.5" and am worried about clearance.

Its loud. At 1:41 Im at that green light almost 1/4 mile away from the camera and you can still hear the car loud and clear. By the way, the mac Shorty offroad H will be for sale as soon as I install the VRS x pipe.

I think your going faster then 35mph, svt sounds great I really think im going to get this mac setup on my 04 svt. Thanks for the reassurance video!
