all this shit because some pussy was scared of a United States Citizen carrying a gun. Well watch the fuck out cause there will be more and more carying and we are sick of the Bullshit. you were in the right and your rights were violated. everybody is watched nowa days so whats the big deal. From one military man to another good job bro.
Way to go man But u kinda Caved on the ID thing .. the Colvert 5 just got 10,000 for not giving there IDs ... Cha ching and they didnt even go to jail .. Handcuffed sited for obstruction then let go LOL
This is a detainment and seizure absent suspicion of a crime, which is a violation of his rights. One example of the city being sued for unlawfully seizing someone's firearm is St. John v. McColley, et al., where a Federal judge rules police cannot detain people for openly carrying guns and he was awarded $21,000 as a result. Here is a quote fromthe judge "Leave open carriers alone unless you have "reason to believe that a crime [is] afoot."
"You all want to point your finger and say das duh bad guy." -Scarface. Well I fight to teach cops. "They're only human. They make mistakes." They are. But I expect them to know the law and what's right and wrong under the law. After all, it's only their JOB! I am a journeyman carpenter. it would not be acceptable if i fucked your house up and, "well he's only human." Then it is not acceptable for them to fuck up either.
Target is private property. Target can kick you out of their store for violating their rules. Brandishing a deadly weapon is a very good reason for asking you to leave their property. You are being extremely unreasonable.
@lemonrind You're right, a private business can refuse service to anyone they want. But the police do not have the right to force ID, detain, and seize property absent suspicion of a crime. The police violated this man's right in this video.
Great Job! I should have watched the rest of the vid b 4 making a comment, the cops were stunned! When you said the Constitutution, officer # 9 relented, he is honest, the cunt on the other hand, who knows? sit doggie!
@BECKY012766@BECKY012766 I'm still learning. Little by little, i get better at this. It's too bad I didn't have someone recording the Serramonte incident. Gold. I was in handcuffs, officer asked for my ID, I told him, "well we have established I have broken no laws so you no longer have reasonable suspicion or probable cause. I no longer have to identify myself." He gets angry red in the face and then just goes in my pocket and takes my wallet. Police state. I keep forgetting.
Dont you know by now that CA is a Police state, go to infowars.com, we left Ca a year ago, I was born and raised in BRUNO, MOVED to Dixie, you still have rights here!
I want to open carry at a Starbucks in Daly City, next to sports authority, I live in SF but I used to live in Daly City who's down to open carry and exercise our 2nd and 4th amendment rights?
@blacktahoe01 Are you free today? Tomorrow i'll be at Chabot Gun Club. You have today and tomorrow to carry handguns before AB144 takes effect January 1st.
@AMarcus83 If you look at history, there are always a proud few who stand up in the face of communism and tyranny. We too often become martyrs in history. But Rosa Parks did not help their fight for freedom by getting up. All the Jews who stood against the Nazis were killed. Do you defend the Nazis because they were "Obeying orders"? I would be 300-500 meters away protecting the jews with a high powered rifle doing "what's right".
So what happend? They saw you have a gun in ur holster? why even do that? It's San Bruno bro u dont think the cops are gonna say anything? Of course!! How did u get caught by the way?
@air142009 Do you understand what Open Carry is? 95% of us who carry are prior military, have extensive firearm training, or both. The 5% are new to it and seek training. We all feel a duty to protect our fellow Americans. We are also civil-rights advocates. And we have more options than cops in crisis management. Why carry? Eugene Ramos, Lovelle Mixon, Raymond Gee to name a few.
It's because all they respect out there cocks in each others throats like the fag pot smoking homosexuals that they are! Just look at the governor? Mayor FAGGET takes it up the ass! Now you know that's just hitler in disguise right. He's a communist spread the word don't let these pussy push you around. It's the people that make the difference speak up not just for your self its for every one!
they want you to leave it in your car, then when jarrod fuckin loughner walks in and shoots and kills six people they would be like man where is that good citizen guy that could have saved lives,i hate sheep.
@18wheeler76 oh hell, if that happened around here to the three malls I frequent, I would sit down with the mall director and say, "Damn, that sucks. Can I carry now? While you are at it call the mayor and tell him to have the sheriff to give me a CCW and maybe next time I can keep the death toll around two. First victim and bad guy. Possibly zero if I am within Taser range." And my sidearm is a tease. The real guns come out after this handgun ban takes effect. AB144.
What drives me bananas is these cops are our servants, not our keepers. Who the F..K are they to tell us what to do if no law is broken? Hence the title "LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER" which are....public servants.
"..shall NOT be infringed.." I think some folks need a dictionary, espically those that are writin' the laws they think trump the Constitution.. take heed before tryin' to seize guns or you may try and take the wrong persons gun and you'll be given the bullets.. don't be a traitor for a paycheck..
@Dewdaahman dude, where did you get that twisted idea? I mean, have you read the Preamble of the Bill of Rights? Second paragraph says only how a few states asked for more restrictions to prevent an abuse of power by the states. And I am the crazy one walking down the street with a firearm or two. I'm a Patriot with a strong belief in the preservation of human life. After our guns, our lives are in a corporate run government. That scares me.
@jkutches17 since my "twisted idea" is not appaerent to me maybe you can point it out..? I quoted a portion of the 2nd Amendment which does NOT allow infringement, especially when those makin' the laws that infringe on your's and my Right to carry a gun, unless posted outside by the establishment.. the Right for me to carry a gun is not given to me by man but by a higher power.. I can and will protect myself from clubs, mace, tasers, etc.. unless they have "cause" leave me and my gun alone..
@Dewdaahman I was joking. Are you in California? Look up the California Constitution. Article 1 section 1 says we have freedoms including self protection. Article 3 section 1 states how the US Constitution is the supreme law of the land. Civil Code 52.1 says anyone violating one's civil-rights is subject to a fine of $25,000 plus damages. Civil Code 52.3 says no government agent, ie LEOs, can violate civil rights.
@jkutches17 nope, not in CA, I'm in NH.. the "Live Free Or Die" State.. we're on the same side when the line is drawn, that is.. imo, permit = permission = infringement.. one man said "if you try and take my gun I will shoot you dead.." Ted Nugent said that.. another man said "write all the laws you want to, lie to as many people as you want to in order to get elected but if you come and try to take my liberty or gun I will kill you, it's that simple.." Live Free Or Die means just that..
@Dewdaahman I'll keep that in mind after they send the national guard in for my guns. I am not fighting legality in court. I'll fight it with lead. If it violates the US and California Constitution it is ultimately illegal. They can take me to court for "defending my property" against LEOs serving an illegal warrant. "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!" How difficult is that?!
PC602.1 says it is not trespassing if the business is open to the public and we are exercising our rights under the US or California Constitution. Like malls, super markets, Starbucks or Peet's. Costco is not open to the public. You can carry there till they say you cannot. And though they have a no guns policy, an employee, or cop on behalf of, has to ask you personally. You did not sign a no gun policy, they just have one so it is legal till you are asked not to at places like that.
@Dewdaahman and your "twisted idea" is the same as our founding fathers and why we live in the United States of America not Great Britain. "One nation under God" not "the crown". And the statue of liberty not allowance. I stand with you bud one that "twisted idea". I have proudly worn handcuffs to maintain my right to wear a holster with a firearm in it. I have proudly told cops in a stern voice, "I will not comply! I will continue to exercise my rights! Will you arrest me?!"
I live in CA.............As idiotic as the concealed carry laws here are, it was no surprise to begin with. Now I hear open carry will be banned too. Reeks of complete fucking shit if you ask me. Now what I'm still trying to figure out is how do these bags of shit running the state hold such high office around here? I'm sure voting is not the whole story. It doesn't matter who you vote for, because somehow the gun hating, paranoid faggots ALWAYS manage to sneak into office. They need to be shot.
since you gave your information you now are in the NSA database that your are a threat to the federal government and will more than likely be one of the first people to have your weapon taken from you in the event there in another Katrina like event
@122ffsdd I already am since I served in the United States Army. I think I remember doing full finger rolled finger prints. They can come for them, but they sure as hell will not take them. If I have commited no crimes, it will be over my dead body. I mean, what advantages do they have taking away our firearms? Look at crime in California, it's sky rocketing. The system isn't doing anything, LEOs are making more criminals than ever, and Californians are offering no resistance.
Excuse me, they wait on hold for 911 and record the crime with their cell phones. Like that one chick who was raped and robbed and recorded the guy with her cell phone after the rape and during the robbery. I'm not sure if it would be legal to shoot someone after a rape, but I am sure the jury would sympathize with her. Especially if it was right after and still in the bedroom. He may have been attempting to rape her a second time. ;-)
@Bodacious468 Nice. I just had another encounter with them yesterday. Officer Bower was first on scene and this time they respected my rights. I REALLY rattled the cage of Tanforan's director of security. I had to sacrifice a pawn but she was steaming mad San Bruno PD dare not touch me since I have an investigation pending already against them. I then turned on the camera and tried to get her name, the director of security, and she turns out to be camera shy.
I mean she sure talked the big talk when San Bruno PD was there. But after they left, security was just doing their job of observe and report. I had a security detail till I locked my firearm maybe an hour later. 4+ guards at all times. I went to the bathroom to change my son and one of those F-ers used their key to unlock the bathroom and see if I was inside. And I ended up getting the director's name with a little charm and my son blowing kisses to a girl that works there and knows the her.
@Stalicone I should have made him do a functions check before replacing it to display that it is indeed unloaded and in the condition he removed it in huh? I was surrounded by 6+ Nazis, I am not handling my firearm. That's how you get "Rodney King-ed".
Police simply hate armed citizens....They do not think you should have the same rights and ability to defend yourself that they do....They know damn well this guy committed no crime.
@akaknocksville Think what you will, it is in the hands of IA now. In some circles that is blackmail. And on video. DO IT OR ELSE! Blackmail. And according to Civil Code 52.1 and 52.3 it is illegal.
it doesnt matter if u said he is violating your civil rights, he manipulated you into consenting to show ID because he had a good valid point, and you are NOT an unreasonable person so you agreed..... wow an open carrier thats not an asshole.
@Schlitz@Schlitz Ever play poker or chess? People are relatively easy to deal with it you can maintain your cool. Especially when you have an ace in the hole, you can let them win. My ace in the hole is i strictly operate within the law. The more they do to me, the more I can strike back. If my son was injured, easily $1m+. How much would it hurt this officer's pride to give me a hand written letter of apology just for violating my civil-rights the way he did?
Props on staying level headed but I would have definitely got the one officers card who ran your SN even though CA PC 1203 E says hes clearly not allowed and I would of followed up with a formal complaint. But you Handeled it great. Its just frustrating to know you served to protect the rights and the Constitution that these officers trampled all over.
@ne014x I filed a complaint and requested to be kept in the loop on exactly how this will be dealt with. I want to know how this is dealt with, how they will prevent this from happening in the future, and what training will be done to educate their officers in civil rights. This IS a free country where the people have the power. Police are not to protect the government but maintain peace. hence the term "peace officers"
@jkutches17 The worst part is Internal Affairs and the Chief won't give a shit about this. No major crime was committed by the officers and Open Carry is gone effective January 1, 2012 so they're not going to sweat it. You offered up your ID to an assertive alpha male cop who talked you right out of it. I would have requested the Watch Commander right then and there. Chalk it up to a lesson learned and get out of California and move to a more gun friendly state.
4:03 Officer says " I'll be taking these things off of your belt at the request of Target " Who the fuck are they to determine what the police can confiscate ?
@boycottRAVENISE00 I believe it was Theodore Roosevelt who said, "Speak softly but carry a big stick." No need to apologize, I am the same way. I just learned to control my outbursts because the less we do the more savage we get painted. We need to be diplomatic. If diplomacy fails, we still have our big sticks. My sticks are .40sw, 12gauge, and .30-06. And the liberals have......? A law? Hahahaha.
@jkutches17 I agree with pretty much everything you've written and the video of course. Just one thing however.. you mentioned driving is a privilege. In my mind, any and everything is legal so long as no one, nor any property is harmed. So carrying a gun, driving, walking, smoking, yelling, etc.. All legal. Otherwise, who is giving this privilege? You or government? And where is the authority, or the right to give it? Just curious on your thoughts.
@boycottRAVENISE00 can I make a request? I strongly believe an individual has the right to voice his opinion. Can we please do so in a slightly more respectable manner? I know it takes the bite out of the message but hate perpetuates hate. Thanks bud.
@boycottRAVENISE00 BTW did you know the Philippine Constitution used the US Constitution as a guideline but excluded the 2nd Amendment so citizens have as much rights as the government allows. They didn't want an armed revolution in case the government got out of hand. Like our civil war. The union could not win so they resorted to less humane tactics. Of course history is written by the victors so I did not learn that in a school textbook.
@boycottRAVENISE00 driving is a privilege and you must be licensed. CCW is an issued permit so you must present that too. But firearms are our US CONSTITUTIONAL right. Back to IDs, if they have reasonable suspicion you can be "detained" for questioning and they can "request" ID. If they have probable cause, then they can demand ID and you must present it. Does that make sense? Do you understand the difference? I didn't at the timr of the video so I looked it up.
Butanerios: you are either a cop or you must have missed the whole point. federal regulations are the center of this problem, we have the wrong people in office. this is just one example of their rule. when it comes to a god given right, i will most certainly pick my life verses some federal law that can get me killed. answer this: if the gov't makes a law for ppl to jump off bridges, are you gonna jump? we have got to stand up and think for ouselves, gov't has gotten very goodat manipulating us
You might have a right according to the state to carry a weapon in public but you don't have a federal right to do so. The 2nd amendment doesn't say where you can carry your weapon, only that the fed can't stop you from owning one. If you let him see your ID you would have been out of there quickly and you would have prevented this big scene from occurring.
@butanerios yes furrer. I'm sorry, presenting ID voluntarily would only have violated that one document. You know, the bill of rights. Not like that matters fuck freedom of speech, religion, peaceful assembly, and forget due process, those don't matter also.
@butanerios I have every right. The US CONSTITUTION is the supreme law of the land. And state wise, California's Constitution itself reinforces that under Article 3 Section 1. Go figure. Hell, the GFSZ Act is illegal. I cannot set foot on school property, without consent and noy disputing that, but the 1000ft part is a hate crime against law abiding citizens. What next, smoking? Oops, that's illegal too in Cali.
@butanerios jews in nazi germany had to "show their papers" and the 1938 german weapons law forbid them from owning guns, oh wait thats happening now to.
The pig ass cop knew it was wrong to run the number, it's not my job the tell the cop he is breaking the law it's his job to know it, 2nd you should only say Iam I free to go, if told no then ask for a lawyer and answer all questions with I want a lawyer
you have to remember, these are power hungry people and love to violate law abiding citizens. overall you did a good job staying calm, I would have put up more of a fight and let them know if they where to search the serial it would violate the statues and the constitution. but of course this was stated after the officer ran the serial already, so it was too late. if we don't stand up to the corrupt system we wont have much of an America left. next time be more aggressive, letthemknowthisiswrong
The cops says Iam gonna run ur # anyway, then he says at the request of target iam gonna take all these off ur belt, i see he works for target fag ass cop
Feel free to join us on Facebook at "San Francisco Open Carry". There are links to a few good Open Carry sites there. Also, we will be joining a few other groups at a mall in the Bay Area. This time, not just handguns. I'll be staying only briefly. I'll need to run to the Lake Chabot Shooting Range to sling some lead. I invite anyone on either side of the issue to look us up on Facebook. Opposition is welcome, hate is not.
@jkutches17 Please tell us that you immediately filed a complaint with this department for violating the law and your rights. Not that the department would do anything to their own, but at least it will be documented.
@1775novten It took me a couple weeks, talking to people on both sides of the political fence, and a few cops and the biggest no-no the cops are saying is the personal and harassing phone call. All the cops down play what he did but say I should file for the call. I'm not sure if they are directly related to this officer, but that's for IA to figure out. Personally, I feel he violated his oath, so I included it in my complaint.
I believe it's more scary to passers-by to see police surrounding/apprehending a man who has done absolutely nothing but exercise his rights as a U.S. citizen, and noticing a firearm involved, than actually seeing someone with their family openly carrying one.. Think about it.. I don't understand how the psychological logic could be any different. Come on! He was walking around with his wife and baby for fucks sake!
Here's my problem with O.C. I used to O.C before. I was in a fast food place with another O.C ahead of me in line. A young girl squeezed past me and him and she bumped into the O.C in front . He thought I bumped into him got angry .I told to him that it was the young girl. To make the long story short when he noticed that I was O.C too he yelled out " Go for it" He then placed his hand next to his gun. Talk about scaring the shit out of everyone. I walked out. Did this ever happened to you?
@BullyChicken Really?! Damn. That has not happened to me. I try as hard as possible to maintain a parameter of arms length to prevent that and a snatch and grab. If that ever did happen, I would place my hands on my head and repeat his words, "go for it." Pause, then explain myself again if he allowed me. I never get excited when I carry. It may cause an escalation that will always be stacked against you.
I find it unbelievable that you're stopped for exercising your rights. YOUR RIGHTS1 The very things America values most, from what I understand, as I'm Canadian. Good for you brother.
@jntroisi I remember when I was in elementary, we would recite the Pledge of Allegiance every morning after the flag was raised. On rainy days, we would stand and recite it in class. I have not seen that in maybe 15 years.
@jkutches17 I hope that many more people, like yourself, begin to open carry everywhere they're allowed. People need to realize that it will be you, and other sheepdogs, who will be there for them when they're about to fall prey to a criminal, not the police, who are stretched thin in many cities and unfortunately don't arrive until after the crime has been commit.
@jntroisi The police are like the fire department. They don't get notified till after the fact. Prime example, I was the first reponder to a two car collision. First car had a punctured tank and a fire started. Few seconds after i got there, an off duty fire chief showed up. We popped three extinguishers, including one of my own, and only delayed the fire. As the chief started on the third I went to get the people out of their cars and to safety. It took the trucks 5-10 minutes to show up.
@jntroisi By that time, the two in the first vehicle would have passed out if not died if not for that chief and i. 10 people were out of their cars and no one noticed the fire nor thought to pull the victims out even though vehicles were filling with smoke slowly. The chief made the news, i left when the trucks showed up. I don't do this for attention. I do it so you may live. And we are not talking about the fire anymore.
Thanks for your service. I'm sorry the way they treated you but at least you can open carry in CA. In IL you can't even take a gun outta the case unless you are home, at a gunshow/store or the range. Our president is from IL right now. :-(
@gendo1 Damn. This is the way I look at it. Lovelle Mixon killed four cops a few years back. 2 execution style after wounding them. Now imagine I had been driving by. I pick up my .30-06 on Friday. In the military, I could make head shots at 300 meters with iron sights. Now it would just come down to what to choose based on range and if I could get my guns unlocked and loaded in time to save those two cops. The second two were a SWAT extraction team.
@gendo1 I mean, I'm no hero. He wounds the first two and splits, I'm going to dress these officers' wounds. I'm not chasing him. But he walking over and executing them was unnecessary. Had someone like me been there to prevent the execution of the first two, the second two would still be alive since no extraction would have been needed. And if you're those first two cops, I'm sure you wish I was illegally carrying loaded so I can respond faster than having to unlock everything.
They turned everthing on its head when he said as soon as they verify you aren't doing anything wrong you can be on your way. What BS, they need to have probable cause in the first place.
@hostilerosstyle Thank you for the recognition. You all should make sure to thank anyone still serving. We never ask for thanks but it feels much better than being spit on. Which I have had happen in downtown San Francisco. I ever see anyone spit on a military person, you'll catch flak from me. Maybe even the business end of my Taser if they get too out of hand.
NOBODY wants to see some guy walking around their kids, etc with a gun on their hip. Open carry is an asshole thing to do. Do you just like scaring people?
@Blahblobify If you have any pull with the sheriff, I would like a CCW to carry concealed. I am quite capable with a firearm, and I would go as far to say as capable as a cop with my military training. But they don't give CCWs in California. I feel it THAT necessary to be able to protect myself that I will carry. It's more an eye sore though. 6 months, 0 incidents. Let me ask you, do you honestly believe nothing bad will ever happen? I'm seeing murders every other day around here.
@Blahblobify On the other hand, you may be a LEO and be closed minded by nature. what's wrong with average citizen exercising their rights? Whatever you are, you don't like the US Constitution, why don't you find a country with a constitution you like? If you are a Californian, look up article 3 section 1 of the California Constitution. Cops violates their oath and break the law whenever they harass me.
@Blahblobify You don't believe me, lookup civil code 52.3. Breaking this law. I've had two cops check my firearm then respect my rights as he has sworn to do. Here's the other thing. The lady cop was nice, the first one to see me. I would offered no resistance. She was please and thank-yous all day. But "tough guy", treat people how you want to be treated so forget it. They did not have "reasonable suspension" after performing 12031(e) yet he ran my serial number and forced me out of my ID.
@Blahblobify in California, I agree with you. Is the one life it saves worth being an asshole, I think so. How about you? The question is, is being an asshole worth saving a life? I honestly think so. I was at a Kaiser when Michelle Le was kidnapped. Wrong Kaiser. Imagine had I been at the right Kaiser about an hour away from where I was. I would gladly be that asshole to save a life.
@Blahblobify You are one of three things then. A cop, a person with a CCW, or a person who has much bigger balls than I. I live in San Francisco so a CCW is out of the question. I cannot bring myself to carry illegal. Good news, AB 144 was signed into law by Brown. You won't see me carrying a handgun much longer.
@Blahblobify Lol. Yup. So now that you do not need a license, do you still see people Open Carrying? How did that effect crime? I heard when Australia banned everything except single shot, crime jumped 380%. Conversely I assume crime went down in Arizona? I am thinking about moving because I refuse to be made illegal. Or have 90+% of cops operating illegally in the name of "officer's safety".
@Blahblobify Sorry "reasonable suspicion". Damn predictive text. Had a 12031(e) come back with something illegal, it would be "probable cause", they can do whatever. But the firearm was clean. So not even "reasonable suspicion" at that point. How would you like this cop to pull you over and have all the stuff pulled out of your car and find nothing? It has happened to me, not by the same officer. Know ypur rights, then exercise.
@Blahblobify You don't exercise them, cops will walk all over you. And WTF is freedom of speech? The cop has a gun that says otherwise if there is no camera around to protect you. I've lived in Oakland and watched dirty cops doing dirty things then role up to me, "What did you see?"
"Nothing Officer, I was Facebooking."
"Good."
Is that the cop you trust with a gun? Lol. Hell I bring my motorcycle to the bar and catch a cab home and pick it up the next day with the pickup. I don't DUI.
@Blahblobify -You listed your country Wallis and Futuna. You're still ignorant on the subject. In the peoples of California, it's hard to get a CCW but unloaded open carry is legal and for many the only option. Our laws need to be like Arizona.
I lived in Californaia all my life i'm very familiar with their fucked up gun laws, I lost a Colt Python when a piece of shit california cop stopped me when I had it in my car. Asshole state. Now i live in Arizona and have a gun in my pocket everywhere I go. Carrying an unloaded gun openly on your hip in california is retarded.
@SpartanCXVII what do you like? What's your price range? Lol. Personally, I stay away from awkward calibers. .45gap, and other rare rounds like an fn57.
@jkutches17 Hmm. You know maybe I'll get a shotgun. They aren't too pricey, great for home defense etc. What sucks is I'll have to keep the gun in the locked case most of the time. I live RIGHT NEXT TO A SCHOOL!!! It's not just Cali, its the Feds limiting our rights.
Like some Columbine shooter is going to care about a Gun Free Zone....(Sarcasm)
@SpartanCXVII I like a Mossberg 500 or 590. Then get a Knoxx recoil absorbing stock. And as long as your residence or place of business is not on school property, you can keep it unlocked and loaded. Just keep your blinds closed. If anyone outside ever sees you walking around with a firearm, you'll get to explain it to the police. It is not illegal in California I mean.
Did you know that you just consented to the search? You shouldve just said NO and let them violate you. that gives you a higher stance when you file a complaint but because you got scared and frustrated you consented... im not trying to bash on you but.. you should learn a little bit more about your rights before you open carry... open carry rock on!
The cops will just say to the complaint or lawsuit that he CONSENTED to the search . The moment he let them do what they wanted, he forfeited all his rights. End of case.
NEVER, NEVER consent to anything the cops do and don't answer any questions. Its how you retain all your rights. And you must verbalize the non consent. That way the cops can't say you gave implied consent.
When I am told that it upsets people I tell the officer of coarse it does..It upsets the democrats that want guns illegal and thats why they are wasting your time
this is disgusting, so the video doesn't make it clear did they actually confiscate everything or just hold onto it while you were speaking with them? I can't believe that they hassled you that much.
@jkutches17 well good to hear they at least it wasn't taken away. Still I hope you sent in a complaint about this. And I hope a lot of people in the store saw the police officers give you back your firearm and let you go!
They detained you (or kept you longer than a reasonable amount of time to check if your weapon is unloaded), ran your serial number and I don't know what else. You should have not gave them your ID. Sorry man, I'm on yourside, but that confrontation with them was getting me heated. hahaha. Hopefully Gov. Brown veto's this bill.
@madhatter2883 I know, I could have done a better job, but my hands were full. I was surrounded by 5+ "gang members" I don't trust and holding my restless 18 month old son and trying to get a decent recording. And I was super worried that they would take my son from me. If they did, you would probably see the security video of me getting Tased for fighting with all those cops on the evening news.
?? Ok i didn't feel like going through all the comments, did you file complaint? Sue? what did you do afterwards? Just looking at this video is raising my blood pressure.
@madhatter2883 I've been slow to respond. Talking to many different people on how to respond. Including LEOs to be fair. That is how I work. I attempt to be as unbiased as possible. Gun nuts saying stake them to the cross. Anti gun nuts telling me how big of an A-hole I am. The consensus seems to be filing a complaint with SBPD because of harassing phone calls. I talked to the LT of DCPD and he agreed to some informal sensitivity talks with the two officers,
And a lawsuit against Stonestown for banning me especially since NO FIREARM WAS INVOLVED. Yup, I am making many friends in the San Francisco and surrounding areas. I still have yet to run into SSFPD, Broadmoor, and Colma. (SBPD-San Bruno, DCPD-Daly City, SSFPD-South San Francisco) Then i'll work my way down the peninsula.
Please dont get me wrong bro Im not question who u are or where u trained.Bro im from ireland and the beat cops dont carry guns they just kick the shit u out of u instead. So i understand what u mean when u say "cop does'nt need to use a firearm.I think the cops means your gun scares people in the Mall.Coming from Europe where there is no guns most people from europe would shit themselfs if they seen u walking tru the Mall(so maybe the cop is thinking of the tourists)
@kizward Don't worry. I don't take offense. So in Ireland, let's pretend you could legally carry a firearm, do you think a cop would still kick the shit out of you? Also, I would love a CCW but they don't approve those around here. So it is on my hip my firearm travels. I mean, there is the United States Constitution. That is the definition of America. I'm in California. If you read Article 3 section 1 of the California Constitution, it farther supports what i do.
@kizward Farther more, cops have sworn to uphold the United States Constitution and State (California in this case) Constitutions. I am married. In front of my wife, daughter, and both of our families we exchanged vows. I know for a lot of people they are words. Not to me, they were a promise i intend to keep. How so you feel about a cop's oath just being words? That damn well better be a promise they intend to keep or what the hell are they doing? Collecting a check?
@jkutches17 Bro its legal to walk around SF naked, but would u do it? No,right? why ,because it might offend others,...Bro the cop is just tryn to make u understand that its not the right place to wear it.Im sure u grew up with guns and thats why ur comfortable with them, but for people who didnt it can be a scary sight. The 1st time i shot a hand gun I was shaking, because i didnt grow up with them.Bro please keep open carrying but just try and think of others around u.God Bless bro
@kizward It is not legal, it is indecent exposure. You must have the thinnest of fibers going through the ass crack and genitals covered. I asked a cop during the Fulsom street fair. Even though it is "Legal" I would hate to walk around naked. I would not discriminate on those who do though. I only ask that you have a little decency and bring a towel to sit on. Also, I never held a firearm, BB/pellet gun, or cross bow till basic training at 17 when I learned to use the M16.
And the towel is only so the seat does not have to be sanitized after use. Like bowling shoes or kart helmets or toilet seats. And seeing a firearm has more to do with jealousy. This person is more capable than you. So i find people feel it important to disarm me to their level.
@kizward I'm not going to talk about Obama wanting to sign some NATO gun ban but California is trying to ban my practice of carrying a handgun. Pay attention to that word. AB144 is a ban of openly carrying a handgun. Do some of us die hard carriers will strap our rifles and shotguns across our backs and continue carrying. Because that is much less "intimidating" than my handgun. Also the creator of the bill could not find one case to support this ban as requested by the governor. Go figure.
@jkutches17 Bro i know about this, next summer his going to sign it and i honestly believe bro that this will kick off the 2nd revolt here. And so it should because the USA will become the frontline for freedom yet again. If they take guns from here nobody will be able to stop the nwo.And i think it will be the UN soldiers sent in.Because i think by that stage anarchy will have spread across the US.The nwo needs the Great US to fall in order to bring in the world government.
To be honest mate it is a difficult situation that cop is put in,It is your right to carry (and a beautiful thing it is)but he dont kno what your mental state is.Back in 2006 9 people were shot and killed in Salt lake city shopping centre,I think its called the Trolly Mall.I aint a cop but i think they have the toughest job of all.
@kizward Westroads Mall in Omaha, Nebraska. I was in the United States Army. I am professional with a firearm. Also, most of us who carry train more frequently than cops. 3 gun competitions, skeet, trap, hunting, paper targets, you name it. How frequently do cops qualify? On paper targets? And a good cop could do the job without a firearm. I met one. US park police officer ran into me at the beach and was extremely polite and professional. You see how this guy approached me? Really professional.

@lemonrind take a class in civil-rights. And learn the definition of to "brandish".
jkutches17 4 weeks ago
@lemonrind You're right, a private business can refuse service to anyone they want. But the police do not have the right to force ID, detain, and seize property absent suspicion of a crime. The police violated this man's right in this video.

I would be 300-500 meters away protecting the jews with a high powered rifle doing "what's right".

jkutches17 3 months ago
"..shall NOT be infringed.." I think some folks need a dictionary, espically those that are writin' the laws they think trump the Constitution.. take heed before tryin' to seize guns or you may try and take the wrong persons gun and you'll be given the bullets.. don't be a traitor for a paycheck..
Dewdaahman 3 months ago
@Dewdaahman dude, where did you get that twisted idea? I mean, have you read the Preamble of the Bill of Rights? Second paragraph says only how a few states asked for more restrictions to prevent an abuse of power by the states. And I am the crazy one walking down the street with a firearm or two. I'm a Patriot with a strong belief in the preservation of human life. After our guns, our lives are in a corporate run government. That scares me.
jkutches17 3 months ago
@jkutches17 since my "twisted idea" is not appaerent to me maybe you can point it out..? I quoted a portion of the 2nd Amendment which does NOT allow infringement, especially when those makin' the laws that infringe on your's and my Right to carry a gun, unless posted outside by the establishment.. the Right for me to carry a gun is not given to me by man but by a higher power.. I can and will protect myself from clubs, mace, tasers, etc.. unless they have "cause" leave me and my gun alone..
Dewdaahman 3 months ago
@Dewdaahman I was joking. Are you in California? Look up the California Constitution. Article 1 section 1 says we have freedoms including self protection. Article 3 section 1 states how the US Constitution is the supreme law of the land. Civil Code 52.1 says anyone violating one's civil-rights is subject to a fine of $25,000 plus damages. Civil Code 52.3 says no government agent, ie LEOs, can violate civil rights.
jkutches17 3 months ago
@jkutches17 nope, not in CA, I'm in NH.. the "Live Free Or Die" State.. we're on the same side when the line is drawn, that is.. imo, permit = permission = infringement.. one man said "if you try and take my gun I will shoot you dead.." Ted Nugent said that.. another man said "write all the laws you want to, lie to as many people as you want to in order to get elected but if you come and try to take my liberty or gun I will kill you, it's that simple.." Live Free Or Die means just that..
Dewdaahman 3 months ago
@Dewdaahman I'll keep that in mind after they send the national guard in for my guns. I am not fighting legality in court. I'll fight it with lead. If it violates the US and California Constitution it is ultimately illegal. They can take me to court for "defending my property" against LEOs serving an illegal warrant. "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!" How difficult is that?!
jkutches17 3 months ago
PC602.1 says it is not trespassing if the business is open to the public and we are exercising our rights under the US or California Constitution. Like malls, super markets, Starbucks or Peet's. Costco is not open to the public. You can carry there till they say you cannot. And though they have a no guns policy, an employee, or cop on behalf of, has to ask you personally. You did not sign a no gun policy, they just have one so it is legal till you are asked not to at places like that.
jkutches17 3 months ago
@Dewdaahman and your "twisted idea" is the same as our founding fathers and why we live in the United States of America not Great Britain. "One nation under God" not "the crown". And the statue of liberty not allowance. I stand with you bud one that "twisted idea". I have proudly worn handcuffs to maintain my right to wear a holster with a firearm in it. I have proudly told cops in a stern voice, "I will not comply! I will continue to exercise my rights! Will you arrest me?!"

The system isn't doing anything, LEOs are making more criminals than ever, and Californians are offering no resistance.
jkutches17 3 months ago

I then turned on the camera and tried to get her name, the director of security, and she turns out to be camera shy.
jkutches17 4 months ago
I mean she sure talked the big talk when San Bruno PD was there. But after they left, security was just doing their job of observe and report. I had a security detail till I locked my firearm maybe an hour later. 4+ guards at all times. I went to the bathroom to change my son and one of those F-ers used their key to unlock the bathroom and see if I was inside. And I ended up getting the director's name with a little charm and my son blowing kisses to a girl that works there and knows the her.

A law? Hahahaha.
jkutches17 4 months ago
@jkutches17 I agree with pretty much everything you've written and the video of course. Just one thing however.. you mentioned driving is a privilege. In my mind, any and everything is legal so long as no one, nor any property is harmed. So carrying a gun, driving, walking, smoking, yelling, etc.. All legal. Otherwise, who is giving this privilege? You or government? And where is the authority, or the right to give it? Just curious on your thoughts.
bratlert 4 months ago
@boycottRAVENISE00 can I make a request? I strongly believe an individual has the right to voice his opinion. Can we please do so in a slightly more respectable manner? I know it takes the bite out of the message but hate perpetuates hate. Thanks bud.
jkutches17 4 months ago
@boycottRAVENISE00 BTW did you know the Philippine Constitution used the US Constitution as a guideline but excluded the 2nd Amendment so citizens have as much rights as the government allows. They didn't want an armed revolution in case the government got out of hand. Like our civil war. The union could not win so they resorted to less humane tactics. Of course history is written by the victors so I did not learn that in a school textbook.
jkutches17 4 months ago
@boycottRAVENISE00 driving is a privilege and you must be licensed. CCW is an issued permit so you must present that too. But firearms are our US CONSTITUTIONAL right. Back to IDs, if they have reasonable suspicion you can be "detained" for questioning and they can "request" ID. If they have probable cause, then they can demand ID and you must present it. Does that make sense? Do you understand the difference? I didn't at the timr of the video so I looked it up.
jkutches17 4 months ago
Butanerios: you are either a cop or you must have missed the whole point. federal regulations are the center of this problem, we have the wrong people in office. this is just one example of their rule. when it comes to a god given right, i will most certainly pick my life verses some federal law that can get me killed. answer this: if the gov't makes a law for ppl to jump off bridges, are you gonna jump? we have got to stand up and think for ouselves, gov't has gotten very goodat manipulating us
rishov11 4 months ago
You might have a right according to the state to carry a weapon in public but you don't have a federal right to do so. The 2nd amendment doesn't say where you can carry your weapon, only that the fed can't stop you from owning one. If you let him see your ID you would have been out of there quickly and you would have prevented this big scene from occurring.
butanerios 4 months ago
@butanerios yes furrer. I'm sorry, presenting ID voluntarily would only have violated that one document. You know, the bill of rights. Not like that matters fuck freedom of speech, religion, peaceful assembly, and forget due process, those don't matter also.
jkutches17 4 months ago
@butanerios I have every right. The US CONSTITUTION is the supreme law of the land. And state wise, California's Constitution itself reinforces that under Article 3 Section 1. Go figure. Hell, the GFSZ Act is illegal. I cannot set foot on school property, without consent and noy disputing that, but the 1000ft part is a hate crime against law abiding citizens. What next, smoking? Oops, that's illegal too in Cali.

To make the long story short when he noticed that I was O.C too he yelled out " Go for it" He then placed his hand next to his gun. Talk about scaring the shit out of everyone. I walked out. Did this ever happened to you?
BullyChicken 4 months ago
@BullyChicken Really?! Damn. That has not happened to me. I try as hard as possible to maintain a parameter of arms length to prevent that and a snatch and grab. If that ever did happen, I would place my hands on my head and repeat his words, "go for it." Pause, then explain myself again if he allowed me. I never get excited when I carry. It may cause an escalation that will always be stacked against you.
jkutches17 4 months ago
crimnals would never open carry so y the fuck would they even stop this guy :(
ironlungdtoker 4 months ago 6
I find it unbelievable that you're stopped for exercising your rights. YOUR RIGHTS1 The very things America values most, from what I understand, as I'm Canadian. Good for you brother.
jntroisi 4 months ago
@jntroisi I remember when I was in elementary, we would recite the Pledge of Allegiance every morning after the flag was raised. On rainy days, we would stand and recite it in class. I have not seen that in maybe 15 years.
jkutches17 4 months ago
@jkutches17 I hope that many more people, like yourself, begin to open carry everywhere they're allowed. People need to realize that it will be you, and other sheepdogs, who will be there for them when they're about to fall prey to a criminal, not the police, who are stretched thin in many cities and unfortunately don't arrive until after the crime has been commit.
jntroisi 4 months ago
@jntroisi The police are like the fire department. They don't get notified till after the fact. Prime example, I was the first reponder to a two car collision. First car had a punctured tank and a fire started. Few seconds after i got there, an off duty fire chief showed up. We popped three extinguishers, including one of my own, and only delayed the fire. As the chief started on the third I went to get the people out of their cars and to safety. It took the trucks 5-10 minutes to show up.
jkutches17 4 months ago
@jntroisi By that time, the two in the first vehicle would have passed out if not died if not for that chief and i. 10 people were out of their cars and no one noticed the fire nor thought to pull the victims out even though vehicles were filling with smoke slowly. The chief made the news, i left when the trucks showed up. I don't do this for attention. I do it so you may live. And we are not talking about the fire anymore.
jkutches17 4 months ago
@jkutches17 Thank God you do.
jntroisi 4 months ago
Thanks for your service. I'm sorry the way they treated you but at least you can open carry in CA. In IL you can't even take a gun outta the case unless you are home, at a gunshow/store or the range. Our president is from IL right now. :-(
gendo1 4 months ago
@gendo1 Damn. This is the way I look at it. Lovelle Mixon killed four cops a few years back. 2 execution style after wounding them. Now imagine I had been driving by. I pick up my .30-06 on Friday. In the military, I could make head shots at 300 meters with iron sights. Now it would just come down to what to choose based on range and if I could get my guns unlocked and loaded in time to save those two cops. The second two were a SWAT extraction team.
jkutches17 4 months ago
@gendo1 I mean, I'm no hero. He wounds the first two and splits, I'm going to dress these officers' wounds. I'm not chasing him. But he walking over and executing them was unnecessary. Had someone like me been there to prevent the execution of the first two, the second two would still be alive since no extraction would have been needed. And if you're those first two cops, I'm sure you wish I was illegally carrying loaded so I can respond faster than having to unlock everything.
jkutches17 4 months ago
They turned everthing on its head when he said as soon as they verify you aren't doing anything wrong you can be on your way. What BS, they need to have probable cause in the first place.
Platinum1812 4 months ago
@Platinum1812 As soon as they verified my firearm was empty, reasonable suspicion goes out the window like criminals during a police raid. Lol.
jkutches17 4 months ago
Thank you for your service, I can't believe how they treated you like a criminal.
hostilerosstyle 4 months ago 4
@hostilerosstyle Thank you for the recognition. You all should make sure to thank anyone still serving. We never ask for thanks but it feels much better than being spit on. Which I have had happen in downtown San Francisco. I ever see anyone spit on a military person, you'll catch flak from me. Maybe even the business end of my Taser if they get too out of hand.
jkutches17 4 months ago
NOBODY wants to see some guy walking around their kids, etc with a gun on their hip. Open carry is an asshole thing to do. Do you just like scaring people?
Blahblobify 5 months ago
@Blahblobify If you have any pull with the sheriff, I would like a CCW to carry concealed. I am quite capable with a firearm, and I would go as far to say as capable as a cop with my military training. But they don't give CCWs in California. I feel it THAT necessary to be able to protect myself that I will carry. It's more an eye sore though. 6 months, 0 incidents. Let me ask you, do you honestly believe nothing bad will ever happen? I'm seeing murders every other day around here.
jkutches17 5 months ago
@Blahblobify On the other hand, you may be a LEO and be closed minded by nature. what's wrong with average citizen exercising their rights? Whatever you are, you don't like the US Constitution, why don't you find a country with a constitution you like? If you are a Californian, look up article 3 section 1 of the California Constitution. Cops violates their oath and break the law whenever they harass me.
jkutches17 5 months ago
@Blahblobify You don't believe me, lookup civil code 52.3. Breaking this law. I've had two cops check my firearm then respect my rights as he has sworn to do. Here's the other thing. The lady cop was nice, the first one to see me. I would offered no resistance. She was please and thank-yous all day. But "tough guy", treat people how you want to be treated so forget it. They did not have "reasonable suspension" after performing 12031(e) yet he ran my serial number and forced me out of my ID.
jkutches17 5 months ago
@jkutches17
I believe you, I just don't care. I reiterate. Open Carry is an asshole thing to do.
Blahblobify 5 months ago
@Blahblobify in California, I agree with you. Is the one life it saves worth being an asshole, I think so. How about you? The question is, is being an asshole worth saving a life? I honestly think so. I was at a Kaiser when Michelle Le was kidnapped. Wrong Kaiser. Imagine had I been at the right Kaiser about an hour away from where I was. I would gladly be that asshole to save a life.
jkutches17 5 months ago
@jkutches17
In California you can't OC unless the weapon is empty so what's the point?
I carry concealed. Like an adult.
Blahblobify 5 months ago
@Blahblobify You are one of three things then. A cop, a person with a CCW, or a person who has much bigger balls than I. I live in San Francisco so a CCW is out of the question. I cannot bring myself to carry illegal. Good news, AB 144 was signed into law by Brown. You won't see me carrying a handgun much longer.
jkutches17 5 months ago
@jkutches17
No I'm none of that. I live in Arizona. No license required LOLOL.
California sucks.
Blahblobify 5 months ago
@Blahblobify Lol. Yup. So now that you do not need a license, do you still see people Open Carrying? How did that effect crime? I heard when Australia banned everything except single shot, crime jumped 380%. Conversely I assume crime went down in Arizona? I am thinking about moving because I refuse to be made illegal. Or have 90+% of cops operating illegally in the name of "officer's safety".
jkutches17 5 months ago
@Blahblobify Sorry "reasonable suspicion". Damn predictive text. Had a 12031(e) come back with something illegal, it would be "probable cause", they can do whatever. But the firearm was clean. So not even "reasonable suspicion" at that point. How would you like this cop to pull you over and have all the stuff pulled out of your car and find nothing? It has happened to me, not by the same officer. Know ypur rights, then exercise.
jkutches17 5 months ago
@Blahblobify You don't exercise them, cops will walk all over you. And WTF is freedom of speech? The cop has a gun that says otherwise if there is no camera around to protect you. I've lived in Oakland and watched dirty cops doing dirty things then role up to me, "What did you see?"
"Nothing Officer, I was Facebooking."
"Good."
Is that the cop you trust with a gun? Lol. Hell I bring my motorcycle to the bar and catch a cab home and pick it up the next day with the pickup. I don't DUI.
jkutches17 5 months ago
@Blahblobify -It's because you're an ignorant slave with no gun rights!
Hughster49 4 months ago
@Hughster49
I live in Arizona dumbass, I ALWAYS carry concealed, no license required, and if I wanted to, I could carry open but only assholes do that.
Blahblobify 4 months ago
@Blahblobify -You listed your country Wallis and Futuna. You're still ignorant on the subject. In the peoples of California, it's hard to get a CCW but unloaded open carry is legal and for many the only option. Our laws need to be like Arizona.
Hughster49 4 months ago
@Hughster49
Blahblobify 4 months ago
Next year when AB144 is in effect, I am going to start open carrying a rifle. Tanforan seems like a great place tostart doing this.
SpartanCXVII 5 months ago
@SpartanCXVII lol. Let me know if you do. I'll join you with my Mossberg 500 set up for CQB.
jkutches17 5 months ago
@jkutches17 Will do brother.
SpartanCXVII 4 months ago
@SpartanCXVII Dude, just bought a Mossberg 100ATR in .30-06 yesterday. Delivery on next Friday, shooting on Saturday. So excited.
jkutches17 4 months ago
@jkutches17 Actually I don't have a long gun yet. Any recommendations on a first rifle or something?
SpartanCXVII 4 months ago
@SpartanCXVII what do you like? What's your price range? Lol. Personally, I stay away from awkward calibers. .45gap, and other rare rounds like an fn57.
jkutches17 4 months ago
@jkutches17 Hmm. You know maybe I'll get a shotgun. They aren't too pricey, great for home defense etc. What sucks is I'll have to keep the gun in the locked case most of the time. I live RIGHT NEXT TO A SCHOOL!!! It's not just Cali, its the Feds limiting our rights.
Like some Columbine shooter is going to care about a Gun Free Zone....(Sarcasm)
SpartanCXVII 4 months ago
@SpartanCXVII I like a Mossberg 500 or 590. Then get a Knoxx recoil absorbing stock. And as long as your residence or place of business is not on school property, you can keep it unlocked and loaded. Just keep your blinds closed. If anyone outside ever sees you walking around with a firearm, you'll get to explain it to the police. It is not illegal in California I mean.
jkutches17 4 months ago
@jkutches17 But thats cool man. I'll be sure to let you know when I get the gun. I could use an open carry buddy.
SpartanCXVII 4 months ago
Did you know that you just consented to the search? You shouldve just said NO and let them violate you. that gives you a higher stance when you file a complaint but because you got scared and frustrated you consented... im not trying to bash on you but.. you should learn a little bit more about your rights before you open carry... open carry rock on!
hmglor 5 months ago
@hmglor Thats the thing, hmg.
That way the cops can't say you gave implied consent.
yoyo762 4 months ago
When I am told that it upsets people I tell the officer of coarse it does..It upsets the democrats that want guns illegal and thats why they are wasting your time
runninonempiy 5 months ago 2
this is disgusting, so the video doesn't make it clear did they actually confiscate everything or just hold onto it while you were speaking with them? I can't believe that they hassled you that much.
Timisso1337 5 months ago
@Timisso1337 I was let go and my property was returned to me.
jkutches17 5 months ago
@jkutches17 well good to hear they at least it wasn't taken away. Still I hope you sent in a complaint about this. And I hope a lot of people in the store saw the police officers give you back your firearm and let you go!
Timisso1337 5 months ago
They detained you (or kept you longer than a reasonable amount of time to check if your weapon is unloaded), ran your serial number and I don't know what else. You should have not gave them your ID. Sorry man, I'm on yourside, but that confrontation with them was getting me heated. hahaha. Hopefully Gov. Brown veto's this bill.
madhatter2883 5 months ago
@madhatter2883 I know, I could have done a better job, but my hands were full. I was surrounded by 5+ "gang members" I don't trust and holding my restless 18 month old son and trying to get a decent recording. And I was super worried that they would take my son from me. If they did, you would probably see the security video of me getting Tased for fighting with all those cops on the evening news.
jkutches17 5 months ago
?? Ok i didn't feel like going through all the comments, did you file complaint? Sue? what did you do afterwards? Just looking at this video is raising my blood pressure.
madhatter2883 5 months ago
@madhatter2883 I've been slow to respond. Talking to many different people on how to respond. Including LEOs to be fair. That is how I work. I attempt to be as unbiased as possible. Gun nuts saying stake them to the cross. Anti gun nuts telling me how big of an A-hole I am. The consensus seems to be filing a complaint with SBPD because of harassing phone calls. I talked to the LT of DCPD and he agreed to some informal sensitivity talks with the two officers,
jkutches17 5 months ago
And a lawsuit against Stonestown for banning me especially since NO FIREARM WAS INVOLVED. Yup, I am making many friends in the San Francisco and surrounding areas. I still have yet to run into SSFPD, Broadmoor, and Colma. (SBPD-San Bruno, DCPD-Daly City, SSFPD-South San Francisco) Then i'll work my way down the peninsula.
jkutches17 5 months ago
Please dont get me wrong bro Im not question who u are or where u trained.Bro im from ireland and the beat cops dont carry guns they just kick the shit u out of u instead. So i understand what u mean when u say "cop does'nt need to use a firearm.I think the cops means your gun scares people in the Mall.Coming from Europe where there is no guns most people from europe would shit themselfs if they seen u walking tru the Mall(so maybe the cop is thinking of the tourists)
kizward 5 months ago
@kizward Don't worry. I don't take offense. So in Ireland, let's pretend you could legally carry a firearm, do you think a cop would still kick the shit out of you? Also, I would love a CCW but they don't approve those around here. So it is on my hip my firearm travels. I mean, there is the United States Constitution. That is the definition of America. I'm in California. If you read Article 3 section 1 of the California Constitution, it farther supports what i do.
jkutches17 5 months ago
@kizward Farther more, cops have sworn to uphold the United States Constitution and State (California in this case) Constitutions. I am married. In front of my wife, daughter, and both of our families we exchanged vows. I know for a lot of people they are words. Not to me, they were a promise i intend to keep. How so you feel about a cop's oath just being words? That damn well better be a promise they intend to keep or what the hell are they doing? Collecting a check?
jkutches17 5 months ago
@jkutches17 Bro its legal to walk around SF naked, but would u do it? No,right? why ,because it might offend others,...Bro the cop is just tryn to make u understand that its not the right place to wear it.Im sure u grew up with guns and thats why ur comfortable with them, but for people who didnt it can be a scary sight. The 1st time i shot a hand gun I was shaking, because i didnt grow up with them.Bro please keep open carrying but just try and think of others around u.God Bless bro
kizward 5 months ago
@kizward It is not legal, it is indecent exposure. You must have the thinnest of fibers going through the ass crack and genitals covered. I asked a cop during the Fulsom street fair. Even though it is "Legal" I would hate to walk around naked. I would not discriminate on those who do though. I only ask that you have a little decency and bring a towel to sit on. Also, I never held a firearm, BB/pellet gun, or cross bow till basic training at 17 when I learned to use the M16.
jkutches17 5 months ago
@jkutches17 okay i guess im wrong,a friend told me.
kizward 5 months ago
@kizward It was on the news and the news said it was legal.
jkutches17 5 months ago
And the towel is only so the seat does not have to be sanitized after use. Like bowling shoes or kart helmets or toilet seats. And seeing a firearm has more to do with jealousy. This person is more capable than you. So i find people feel it important to disarm me to their level.
jkutches17 5 months ago
@jkutches17 that my be the case bro,but there is people out there who a scared stiff of guns(its what media has done.
kizward 5 months ago
@kizward This is exactly why I carry. To desensitize people. And it works. One person at a time.
jkutches17 5 months ago
@jkutches17 hahaha right on bro.
kizward 5 months ago
@kizward I'm not going to talk about Obama wanting to sign some NATO gun ban but California is trying to ban my practice of carrying a handgun. Pay attention to that word. AB144 is a ban of openly carrying a handgun. Do some of us die hard carriers will strap our rifles and shotguns across our backs and continue carrying. Because that is much less "intimidating" than my handgun. Also the creator of the bill could not find one case to support this ban as requested by the governor. Go figure.
jkutches17 5 months ago
@jkutches17 Bro i know about this, next summer his going to sign it and i honestly believe bro that this will kick off the 2nd revolt here. And so it should because the USA will become the frontline for freedom yet again. If they take guns from here nobody will be able to stop the nwo.And i think it will be the UN soldiers sent in.Because i think by that stage anarchy will have spread across the US.The nwo needs the Great US to fall in order to bring in the world government.
kizward 5 months ago
To be honest mate it is a difficult situation that cop is put in,It is your right to carry (and a beautiful thing it is)but he dont kno what your mental state is.Back in 2006 9 people were shot and killed in Salt lake city shopping centre,I think its called the Trolly Mall.I aint a cop but i think they have the toughest job of all.
kizward 5 months ago
@kizward Westroads Mall in Omaha, Nebraska. I was in the United States Army. I am professional with a firearm. Also, most of us who carry train more frequently than cops. 3 gun competitions, skeet, trap, hunting, paper targets, you name it. How frequently do cops qualify? On paper targets? And a good cop could do the job without a firearm. I met one. US park police officer ran into me at the beach and was extremely polite and professional. You see how this guy approached me? Really professional.
