I miss winters in Buffalo. I miss white Christmases and the blue-white crunchy snow on an evening's walk. I miss the smell of Bocce's Pizza and big, meaty chicken wings. I mostly miss the people. Buffalo has quality people who love their families and friends. They are real people, down to earth and welcoming.
What a great , unique town. Grew up there. Miss Ted's Weber's, Bocce's Pizza and The Bar Bill in E. Aurora has the best 'Weck in the world! All we have in Colorado is Chicken Fried steak and burritos!

Love it! Grew up about 50 miles from Buffalo, and went to college there, before the University became SUNY. I moved away from the area 52 years ago, shortly after getting married, but would love to go back. I don't really miss the snow, and the below zero temps, though. I have a lot of fond memories of Christmas shopping there with my parents, when I was small. And had great fun in college! Great video.

The greatest thing about Buffalo is when we have a monster blizzard, we don't call FEMA, we dig each other out and bring pizza to those that are stranded....or like the GREAT South Buffalonian jimmy Griffin recommended...pick up a six pack of GENNY and stay home!

I miss all the things that were mentioned earlier in posts - especially Tops & Sahlens. But most of all, I miss all the great friends there and all my relatives. Thanks so much for the video. Because there is no place like Buffalo (especially the great summer weather and the fantastic winter sports and activities).
