I think Scott's just bored...he's said he hates doing cliche promo stuff, and this is definitely just a run of the mill interview, nothing particularly unique about it. Bet he was glad Alex was there.

Plus, Scott has said that he doesn't like interviews that much. Alex seems to answer the questions first, which I'm sure Scott appreciates.

At 6:02- 6:09 when Scott says it's what he's wearing a hat. I don't know why but when he pulls off his hat and throw his arms up in the air, he reminds me of a little boy going "Look at me and my hair!" I cracked up! It's so funny.
They have such great chemsitry with one another; very relaxed, just chilling.

I think he's similar to Kristen Stewart, fine on the set or in the studio but knowing you're in front of a million plus people well that would send me twitching too.

What I feel from this Hawaii Five-0 is exactly what they say about the action..what I learned from the writers of the Original Jack Lord's McGarret was a feeling of altruism.Yet both must be altruistic to get bad people.What do other H50 watchers think?
They are basically the new Starsky & Hutch. If you watch old interviews with David Soul and Paul Michael Glaser (both hotties in their day), they said the same thing: that the writing, editing, etc. was out of their hands so they worked on the relationship between the two men and that was what was special about the show. Aside from that, the similarities to S&H are numerous: one more laid-back character, one more in your face, lots of scenes filmed in the car, one messy, one neat, etc. etc.
Scott isn't all that comfortable doing interviews. He might not know that this stuff is all part of being part of a show. I want Scott to do a scene were he has to take off his shirt. I'm soo shallow!!
I'm sure they get asked the same questions all the time, so they get pretty bored with it. Also, they're sitting in the heat of the Hawaiian sun, so that can't be too comfortable (hence the fidgeting). And for the sake of trivia, both these actors were born just a day apart, so chemistry came naturally!
I'm sending my kudos to them both, and look forward to many seasons of Five-0 2.0!
