  • negro/dark male>negress/dark female..origion mediteranian. class dis-missed..

  • Whoa! Talk about press the buttons. All this negativity really detracts from what is being presented here and doesn't really belong. Music is above politics, ethnicity, place of origin. Difficult as it may be let it go and rise above it.

  • for those who dont know wat negresse is, its a female black person and a (not to be racist) nigger is a male black person (remember its not to be racist)

  • @DameianBoudreaux your full of shit and the word nigger does not refer to me or my father but something a bunch of white people gave to my people...racist people

  • @skyiscrying53 listen fucker i said it not to be racist i know thats not what ur name is its ur ethnicity like white people its cracker and honkey we dont care if u call us tht but yall get so worked up for dumb shit like this.

  • @DameianBoudreaux suck a sick dick, fag and you asshole/inbred piece of an abortion

  • @skyiscrying53 if i was a peice of abortion than i wouldnt be alive-_- (common sense) and im not inbred at all i can prove it to.

im a cajun ,cajuns think inbreds are disgusting and immoral. if you want in inbred look for some prepy aristicrats good luck :)

  • Lovely music but seems so familiar, as though it has a real '60's vibe goin' on. Does anyone know if it's a remake of a popular song of the period?

  • @wings744 it's a take of in the pines or black girl...he is asking black girl black girl where have you been and her response is in the pines

  • I like this music

  • I taped this LP from a copy in the Baton Rouge library in 1979. There is an excellent recording of a solo harmonica player on this LP too. (I forget his name.) Could you post that, please. It is unusual to hear a solo harmonica player in any genre and this performance is great. (By the way,Nathan Abshire called this his best recorded performance. At least that's what he told Chris S., the owner of the label.)

  • please post more!

  • ma sha i hadnt heard this since i was little, makes me wanna go to BOURQUE'S or GUIDRYS in Lewisburg
