These falla,s are canadian.YOu can tell by thier innocence.I drive truck accross the U.S and meet alot of drivers.On sunday i attend the church services at the truck stop chappel.THere are always several canadians in attendance and they are nicer people than the americans(im american)It is odd how that is.I actually find it a breath of fresh air and look forward to meeting them.Im glad when sunday rolls around and i get to talk to a more spiritualy healthier peoples.

Coal fired power plants are fully automated these days. Most plants are so automated that it takes only two to three people to run the entire plant. This video is highly misleading and should be disregarded completely.

The poster of this video does not know what he is talking about. In the first place, coal is not shoveled into the furnace. It is delivered on a conveyor system, passes through a pulverized machine where it is ground unto fine powder the consistency of flour, and blown by a large FAN into the blast furnace. The video producer should get the facts before posting this propaganda.

I work in a coal plant. We are installing new precipitators and have new scrubbers. One 800MW unit will be getting an SCR. I wonder how much electricity they used to make this obsurd little play. So bad. Besides event a 200 MW power house is WAY bigger than that. Can they shovel 19, 000 tonnes of coal in there a day?

I mainly work in Tilbury Power Station, England but I'm also sent out to stations all over southern England. Most are Coal fired but there are a couple of gas and oil fired aswell. I aim to get into nuclear soon!.

Yes, talk of storing Co2 in dead oil wells under the north sea but our stacks catch alot of pollutants anyway. Clean coal systems i think.
