@LoserNoGirl Open the oblivion sounds file in data, idk what the file type is called, but it is a main directory file, get Oblivion mod manager and you'll be able to find it eventually

ATTENTION: you guys know lost boy cavern is a secret quest right? because have you guys found the weathered note and all these notes inside the cavern...if you read them all it is an amazing story of this guy that tried to kill his best friend who was a lich that is why u see a lich at the end without Nether lich but with an actual name...RECCOMMEND YOU ENTER THAT CAVERN AND SEARCH FOR THE LOST NOTES

I bought a spell to summon a gloom wraith,lich and xilaria but i do not have enough magika AND I AM A MASTER CONJURER! !,so can someone tell me what is wrong btw i bought these spells at the arcane university at the building on the very left hand side.

You need to level up your Intelligence. Intelligence governs how much Magicka you have, being a master in Conjuration only governs the spells you are able to use in Conjuration based on it's skill level.
