5 hours wtf no wonder it looks like that i can make one in five hours to make it look so much nice than that and i wouldnt have it in front it would be in the back like a normal bike
Yes i was waiting for someone to catch that... The bigger the socket the more speed. The smaller the socket the more torque... Thanks for reminding me...
@mrpaulcousino i thinking about using a 42 cc chainsaw engine dont have any power tools yet so im cutting with a hacksaw and drilling at my freinds house but i have a stick welder though
The bigger the socket, the more top speed..... A smaller socket (drive shaft) will have more pulling power(hills) with less top speed ........ Sorry mrpaulcousino , you have it backwards...
Its 45mph down hill with the right gear ratio. It seems to run the best around 25 30mph with a 19mm drive. Any higher than 19mm you lose acceleration.
He wired to drive to the front wheel... Is he mad?

Downhill speed doesn't count. My neighbor's pedal bike goes 43 mph, pedalling.
Good enough for a cheap motored bike though.

@MR57HEAVEN Wow thats fast for a pedal bike.

I wonder how long the pneus last using that kind of thing , i think the socket burn it away sooner or later.

@6013welder Sounds like you have everything you need. With 42cc I think you'll be happy with it when its done.
