@Kevoooooooooooooooo They're good, but the best college marching band is the Pride of Arizona. They've already done 2 different Chili Peppers shows well before this (check out 2002 Return of the Chili Peppers) plus Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Beatles, and more. Their drill is also more difficult, more movement involved.

There's no rhyme or reason. My best friend is in the Cal band and she says that someone just writes up the music and moves and stuff and they submit it. If the drum major and director likes it, they do it. It has nothing to do with their return.
