i dont know why it doesnt work for vista home premiium i guess it doesnt work. o and i got my cursor from google. type vista cursors and u might see the black ones.

I'm using Vista Home Premium....I'm guessing it doesnt work for Vista...does it? Cuz I downloaded and followed your instructions to perfection but for some reason it says IconTweaker doesnt work with my version of windows.
