Are you talking about this particular app (Wifi-radar) or the OS look&feel? I'm pretty sure you can mimic Mac OS X with a bit more effort than I'm willing to put on.
BTW, I don't think my desktop looks like XP... not even a tiny bit! :-P

I like the effects, but I just don't get it... why does it still look like Windows XP? Why not take a more OS X approach?
