  • how can i do this without getting a crusty butt! i know its gross but um, i do around 300 situps a day in different variations, but i always get burns on my tail bone, my gf suggested memory foam but its probably too expensive. legit the only way i dont get them is if i do the bruce lee situp

  • You don't want to put your arms behind your head; this will cause injury. Also, lifting your legs to 90 degrees will give the best workout.

    make sure you are supporting your neck with your hands. still lift from and focus on the abs, but maintain a brace with your hands.

  • @patrickthegray best not to support your your neck as when you become fatigued many tend to pull there heads up with there hands what i would suggest is crossing ur arms across ur chest.

  • @patrickthegray yo stop the headache is easy what i do is take a sip of of water or gateraid is good just rehydrates. thats probs y headaches happen

  • my softball coach ( wild 95.5's DJ kevin) makes us do ab crunches and crap like tht and im like whaa and im only 9

  • funny, you deceive all the experts and noobs all the same and yourself. If you ever paid attention to your neck while doing crunches, then you would feel your own neck stiffening. And I believe you did and it is absolutely essential. YOU CAN'T DO CRUNCHES WITHOUT UTILIZING YOUR NECK. Either posture , open arm or close, will tighten your neck and why? Because your abdominal muscles aren't strong enough. However, you will eventually reduce the pressure along the way. I am trying to prove THIS<--

  • Congratualtions, you fail because you cannot get any reaction to workouts that quickly. It would take a week or maybe two to start seeing any muscle. Nice try though.
