It so computerized that when something goes wrong, nobody has a clue what 's going on and computers go bananas. That's why i am still awaiting for my bad. Their so called 21th century bagage system is not capable to tell me where my bag is. It could be in f** Mumbai or in Rio for all i know. Speaking of which, Mumbai airport or Indian in general are a lot more efficient. In fact, most international airport even those in the developing world, are more efficient than f*** Terminal 5.
