Thats very simple first get a shot of your actors eye (should be close) then get a toothpick or a match and just simply poke it out in a sircular motion till the eyeball falls out.

But if you are serious i could give you some ideas on the eyeball shit.

Really nice video love it extremely creepy. My question is, I am an amateur film maker and it's hard to know where to start, What camera and soft ware should I use to make effects that at least come close to yours for the cheap?

The thing is you really don't need to own a expencive camera or editing software, i shoot with a almost 10 year old videocamera i bought new after i graduated from junior high.

But its important that you learn to use it propperly, and by that i mean using the manual settings on your camera.

Learn to use, Manual Exposure, Fokus and Whitebalance;)

Then the software... I use Sony Vegas 7.0, its a bit expensive but absolutly worht it. And its easy to use.

Also learn to light your scenes, adding custom lighting gives your scenes moods and style. Try low key lighting with lots of shadows for a horror film for example.

Isåfall bruker jeg først de 3 grunnleggende filtere (hos meg):

1. Runde

Color Curves, Brightness/Contrast og Color Corrector.

Disse bruker jeg for å gjøre lys og kontrastene bedre, jeg bruker ofte høy kontrast så toner jeg gjerne ned fargene litt.

2 Omgang

Her begynner jeg og stilisere bildet, gjerne gi det en gammel filmlook som jeg pleier og gjøre. Glow, Film Effects og Sharpen

The gun with the flashlight rig i used for the test film is made completly from cardboard and ducttape. Take a closer look and see if you can see it;)

And the music score was made from a acoustic guitar, a synth tone and clacking two forks toghether and then changing the pitch and the reverbation hehe
