  • At least get up to 30 with that Neon then yank the E-Brake. Neons are incredibly easy to control while sliding in the snow. Get more speed!

  • no, my old one had plenty of control with blizaks but my current car having about 350 hp and quick spooling turbo.... no chance in winter
