@lword1970 Was this 10 yrs ago?? I remember watching this a few yrs ago..all of the short story lines. Though the story with the older couple was heart breaking...after yrs of living together one of the ladies dies and because the remaining lady can't acknowledge their love(being the 50's or so) she has to pretend they were never a couple to begin with to the deceased lady's family! For a short film i must say it was a powerful and sad image!! Hope i didn't spoil it for anyone! Sorry if i did!

U hear the stereotypes they they assign to gay men, and most of their knowledge probably comes from the media. I agree with your point about gay Women though, I believe heterosexual Women know even less about Lesbians than they do about gay men which is quite sad i suppose.

It's interesting that the attention given to lesbian sexuality is now starting to equal that of gay men. What's even more interesting still is to see how many straight women are responding. For 60 years, women were only exposed to "male homosexulaity" in the media, movies etc. while flying under the radar so to speak, and avoiding he whole gay women thing entirely. Let's face it. The media has exhausted the fashion statement of gay men on its own, and is now accompanying it with lesbians.
