I have the same graphic card on my laptop. In Orgimmar i get like 5-15fps in lowest settings. The only thing i have on max is Particle Density which does'nt recuire mutch graphic.

I don't know why people get tons of graphics horsepower for playing WoW. If people can figure out how to cram it into an iPhone, then it'll run fine on any computer made in the last decade.
I have this graphic card and everything was ok, when I was playing in Azeroth (cca 30fps), but when I started playing in outland (sky effects and so one) it was terrible (10-15fps) on low details. But although OL is killing this card it is playable xD

if you wanna play wow and you on a low budget buy ati hd3470 and you can play wow maxed out with 50+fps and even play crysis on medium-high settings with 20-30fps i got one on my laptop
I had a Intel GMA x4500. And I could run WoW actually pretty decent on high. But since Cataclysm, it's turned terrible!
