If the vote does not pass August 1st, and Wang after this shows no signs of trying to secure the Isles a home on Long Island, the NHL should step in and force him to sell the team before it's too late.

I would hope that the NHL would do everything in its power to sell the franchise to investors that are intent on keeping the Isles on Long Island, whether is be Nassau or Suffolk I don't care, just keep them here.

@slapshot68 why dont the islanders playing in the new Barclays Arena in Brooklyn.perfect environment connections,busy area with millions of people living there.and easy and quick to get to this Arena Venue.

Long Island is nice for a weekend trip to the shoreline and having some nice picnic with the family but i dont no if Mr.Wang and his friends have enough money to built a new Arena in nassau county .why not.but let the team move away from this Area would be a shame they belong there
