I started to watch this video primarily to see how "wacom" is properly pronounced. I got two surprizes. First, the speaker has a strong limey accent and second he does his demo on an apple. Since I'm an American running MS Window-7, well, need I say more? But then I now know what the strange loop tab at the edge of the tablet is used for. I might never have figured it out on my own. Thanks. :o)

@LittleCiaraCat It will work, and you can download the drivers online, i ask you though, do you have another computer? because as far as i know aspire netbooks are not great, and if i remember right, photoshop isnt exactly running smoothly on that...

Get a better computer first... or else it wont really be a point to it.

@msearlicious No, you dont, however, i do believe the Cintiq series do that, however, they are VERY expenscive, but dont worry, you can infact do very good arty stuff on this to, you just have to get used to it ^_^

@roflsteaksauce The create is the newer version of bamboo, it is recommended that you buy the create instead.

And also, there has never been a wacom bamboo FUN pen and touch M in black, it is silver, the version you are looking for is a wacom bamboo pen and touch, not fun pen and touch.

@V4lcyria Buy an Intuos if you are pro, buy the Bamboo for beginners, and Corel painter 12 (Corel/photoshop Essentials are included with the Bamboo fun/bamboo create)

And another note, wacom 15x is actually worse than Bamboo fun/create, buy one of them instead.

Why is my pen pressure not working? It works when I click the tab that pops up on the side of the computer for editing, but when I use it in a drawing program that supports pen pressure, it's not working -_-

@katsumichan1908 This might be a little late, but try to look on the settings, some programs (like photoshop and Corel painter) have independent settings.

Alternatively, try to use it lighter, for my tablet i have to push quite soft on my mac for the minimal strength.

@hitlerinwonderland not sure if u enjoy pain because of your username ;-p or if it was a misspell, i'm 99.9% positive that he was using any kind of torture device to inflict pain. but we can tell you that the digital tool that he was using to draw was the default pen tool that is in the Bamboo App. which comes free with the purchase of this tablet. it does not have a name :) We hope this answered your question.
