That was NOT Didi Conn - that was a studio singer named Kasey Cisyk - and Conn lip-synched the song in the movie. After weeks of infighting over who would release the song - it was diceded that the Kasey Cisyk version would be left in the movie - and Conn could release her version - HOWEVER - Debbie Boone trumped them all - and released her version before anyone - so most people heard the Kasey Cisyk version and went out and bought the Debbie Boone version!!!!! Boone did not mind!!!!!!
