I'm still trying to find peace after the loss of the woman who was, for all intents & purposes, my mom. It's not easy & here I sit 7+yrs later & I still haven't reached an area where I'm at peace w/ her being gone. I still feel as if I can pick up the phone & she will still be on the other end ready to gossip or scold, whichever I've gotten myself n2 most recently :)

my grandmother passed away 10 days before christmas & 12 days before her bday in 2008. i miss her so much. we buried her may 1st 2009 because the small cemetery she was buried at doesnt have the equipment to dig up the ground when its frozen. it makes me sad every day the she never got to meet my daughter who was born just a few days before the buriel.

On September 14 2001, 3 days after the 9-11 incident my grandma passed away. I was only 7 years old and at that age 2 young 2 understand. This Song makes my cry, not because of what has happened to me, but what has happened to every1 else on this planet, and the sorry they have to endure, i count myself lucky, to be as young as i am, and not experianced a dramatic loss. I feel its coming soon though, the love of my life, who i want to marry, has found out she has a brain tumor. it saddens me to look to the future. i lost my brother when i was fifteen though this has nothing to do with a grandma passing or ineything he was my everything he was my best friend and this song helps me get through the days that ill be without him we did everything together he was only 26 he was killed by a drunk driver and i never got to say goodbye but im so happy as well that people care this much i dont see it very often where i live.

i lost my grandma about 8 years ago in january and the night they pulled the plug i had saw her 3 minutes before she died and at that very moment this song came on. we were leaving the hospital all of a sudden it started pouring out raining and then this song came on again. that was one of the worst nights of my life. wen i got home i heard this song again and got chills and stated crying and swore that i had saw my grandma in my room. every time i hear this song i get goose bumps and tear up

my grandfather died lat october. He was the only grandpa who was always there. my other one lives in florida and we're kinda far away. My papoo (grandpa) taught me almost everything i know. I was outside playing baseball, and he came outside and said," you should throw it like this," and threw a perfect ball to me. I was so amazed and i never thought he would not live to see me get married or turn 16. im 11 and ive got a little brother. papoo made it through my bday but not my little brothers.

my grandmother passed away 10 days before christmas & 12 days before her bday in 2008. i miss her so much. we buried her may 1st 2009 because the small cemetery she was buried at doesnt have the equipment to dig up the ground when its frozen. it makes me sad every day the she never got to meet my daughter who was born just a few days before the buriel.

On September 14 2001, 3 days after the 9-11 incident my grandma passed away. I was only 7 years old and at that age 2 young 2 understand. Me and my grandma were so close that when she wasn't there it seemed like my life was over. I am 16 know and this was my grandmas song and i cry my eyes out so bad every time i hear this. this song makes me cry every time I hear it...i lost my grandmother 2 and a half years ago. she was 54 years old and i didnt even get to say goodbye...i was SO close to her and not a day goes by that I dont think of her...I am 19 years old now. She didnt even get to see me graduate and or be with me when I signed to play softball for my university. I really miss her!! Well i am 18 now. My grandma passed on a week before my 14th birthday. The day of my 14th birthday we buried her. We played this at her funeral and it still gets to me. She was my best friend. I love this song. My step cousins past away when I was 8 and I loved him he was the closet thing I had to a big brother. this song makes me cry alot b/c I miss him so much. I love him with everything I had. It's been hard these past 12 years without him I think about how much his missed. But the song reminds me that he saw me when I gradutaed and when i went to prom and went on dates and everything. But I still miss him so much every single day. It hasn't been easy without him around. RIP.
