  • He showed excellent form but in the video you need to warn that very few people will be able to do such an advanced exercise correctly. Please instruct intermediate and beginner levels to start with the correct level so they will not injure themselves and waste their time through bad form.

  • He got taller too in his before and after shots ! Ive been stuck on 5ft 11 and 3/4 inches since i was 16 and this may help me reach 6ft ! plus i get good abs . On a serious note great video , i just bought one of these balls on thursday and a mat so this has given me some great tips . thanks buddy and well done on getting in shape.

  • @Thenetmaker These types of balls get as big as much air you put in them. I believe there are kiddy versions of these but they have some sort of horns sticking out. If you ask me, they look obscene.

  • .....AND he is doing it in fast motion just to show all of the excercises. We all should know that it should be done slowly and deliberately.  AND, he never suggested her was perfect...so for calling him 'sloppy'....post a video of YOU doing it....that will be a comedy treat!!!

  • #1) it is not a fake photo....he is standing taller because of a tighter abs and the distance the photo was taken

    #2) Instead of making fun of these and calling him "sloppy"....why don't you try some of these....let's see how "composed" you look doing these very difficult balancing excercises

    #3) I've been doing ALL (except the reverse hyper - which if I find a sturdy equipment to do it on, I will) and my abs, arms, shoulders, legs, thight, bum have never been tighter and in shape. DO IT!!

  • i play rugby league in australia and have a junior NRL workout from the Dragons.. and all of it is focused on core strenght and its all done using a ball.. some are extremely painful and you dont have to move for some but yeah.. this guy is goin to fast every work out i have which are similar say to go at quite a slow pace to achieve maximum burn and results..

  • Actually, his form was excellent, and the speed is just due to the type of video it is. I would MUCH rather just see the exercises quickly (exactly as done), and not hear the trainer talk, talk, talk. Most videos waste too much time talking, but this guy just shows correct form. Thanks so much for the info.

  • well i would say his form is correct in all exercises but the crunch and the lower back extension...crunch should be done with hips up n not down like he has it n he should not be pulling so hard on his neck...lower back extension he should not go up so high and should def look for support on his feet as he lost proper form

  • umm you should knwo that males muscle grow large because of our high amounts of testosterone. Females have low amoutns. so when you workout (as a female) you won't grow large muscles, your muscles will just become more lean. female body builders have huge muscles because they pump lots of testosterone so that their muscles grow larger. because you don't have much testosterone you cant really grow big muscles. its a myth that can really scare people that you look huge if you weightlift etc

  • The results were wonderful, but that last exercise looks very dangerous. How were you even able to hoist yourself onto the ball, atop the table, without falling?

  • Good workout, however your technique on some of the exercises could do with a lot of improvement. Eg, Too much movement on Crunch and not enough focus, Low Back Extension is not good to hyperextend like that. Need to be more slow and controlled. All seems a bit rushed. Practice makes permanent!
