  • I hear another company had an issue with the (otherwise non-enforced) smoking ban. Looks like The Palms didn't have any problem ignoring it.

    PS The Nevada smoking ban is in name only. Not yet one person has been fined, and the bar/grill near my house (Bilbos on Blue Diamond) actually sells premium cigars for on-premise consumption.
