Hoschi09, it appears that you are unaware that there are several states including Arizona, Nevada, Florida and Tennessee that are Class III states where private ownership of machine guns IS legal!
Police open carry guns for a reason and that is to get to it as fast as they can and this is why I open carry as well.All I need is to need my gun and have a shirt get me killed.That was easy.If you want to hide your gun go ahead and do it I could care less but do not give me griff over the way I feel is better for me to carry.
@pshaw61 agreed. i carry both open and concealed depending on where i am going/shopping. also carrying concealed can cause just as many issues with the public as open carry can. if someone is openly carrying i know that a criminal would not do so unless it was already drawn. carrying concealed concerns me more because i am afraid that someone will see it if my shirt slips up, thus calling the police and causing an issue. to me it doesnt matter as long as you are exercising your rights!!!

I live in Maine I have a CCW, But I also open carry. In Maine we don't have much crime and the I think the reason why is: WE ARE ALLOWED TO OPENLY CARRY AND OWN FIREARMS. Not to many home invasions going on where I live! I haven't heard of any matter of fact! I'd just like to ask the people protesting how long do you think it takes law enforcement to get to a home out in the county?????
