  • @wdh613 15 huh! Good age. Do your sit ups, punch a heavy bag, and get a buddy to punch you in the stomach for a regular workout! It'll toughen you up very quickly!

  • @ FitnessBody4L hey how long did it take u to form that 6 pac? ive been working toward it and i need to gain weight. my plan is to gain most of my weight off of muscle. ive been trying to workout my arms but i hav no weights. is there a substitute for weights that i can use in my house?
