Oh and to those who say it's steroids, it's not. My dad is as big as this kid(I guess adult now), and he never took steroids. It's just that Russian cultured people were raised to fight for the military. Unlike other countries, it's a forced service like Israel. Basically when you have big guys having offspring, it's going to run in the tradition to be big. I'm on my way as well and without drugs because using drugs is a cheater's way to gain and I'd rather suffer in pain not achieve dishonestly

Mind pointing out the section where it says they're allowed for use? While you're at it, please tell me what year steroids became legal in the U.S. after the 70's. My history doesn't seem to fit with yours.
And it's not that's it's allowed, it's that most have always used them before the ban. To be honest, is it really worth it to look "big"? It's not like they're even strong, they just have increased muscle size not mass.

Ronnie and Arnold are only two of the builders. Yes, I know bodybuilding isn't powerlifting. But most bodybuilders don't need to lift very much heavy weights because their goals are to look proportional, a.k.a. using lighter weights. I do know what I am talking about, I've done my research and work out regularly.

I also know what im talking about as i work regularly also. During a bodybuilders offseason they lift heavy to build muscle to work on bodyparts that are lagging. How else would they get so big? Please don't say its all roids, if you do then this argument is over becuase you clearly know nothing. During the cutting before competition season a bodybuilder lifts lighter weights to improve the muscles definition, symmetry, etc

Do you have something against Russians? I have never seen such ignorance before. So what if he's a huge guy? And small dick? You saw it or something? Could you explain your hatred of Russians to me please because I do not understand why. Also, Russians aren't dumb. They may have a crappier education system, but at least they try to be smart, unlike most of Americans who don't take advantage of the education they're offered. More than half of them don't even know where Russia is on a map.
