Does your ipod have to be plugged in for cydia to pop up? Because my ipod says that it is reorganizing my ipod and then it restarts it...(when I open cydia)

when i set a background in winter board and i press home button, it refreshs then i unlock it and it does nothing at all.

please please help ... when i go on winterboard and check the things i want it just goes to lock screen and doesnt install it ??? pleeease help

when i download winterboard it wont appear on my home screen ive tried millions of times ive had it before and it disappeared thats not the only one either, openSSH wont, NES emulator..?? when i downloaded categories they all disappeared so i deleted categories and it removed them and from then on i cant get em.. i tried restoring doesnt work.. any clues?
