Um i am not trying to be offensive (please don't rate me down) but i think Anim8or is easier than Blender but Blender is way easier than anim8or and lip sync trust me please just look at a tutorial you should come across one on YouTube =)

Haha its fine. I completely agree with you as well.

I just hated the blender interface back when I made this, so I decided to use anim8or. However, I use 3ds Max now, so I don't use blender OR anim8or for animation. [=

@LulzAreGud well, they're easier from different points of view. I'm an impatient person, so I like to get my work done quickly and fast without wait. That's why I use blender. It's fast to work with. But anim8or's interface is more "simple" and not as complex. So, different kinds of "easy" :)

Well, I can't remember how I made this then (since I made it a year ago), but I think all I did was take a sphere, convert it to mesh, then extrude several faces inward to shape a mouth.

Then just use morphs to open and close it.

I don't know about a full blown tutorial, but I can definitely outline what I did, and give some details on exactly how to do the morphing, ect.
