you only have to practice, you can make hammer jump with taking 13 hp. too but normal is 25 hp.

No if you do the hammer jumps right they only make a damage of 25 hp

1st I see no hp in your hud, so who you may have set the god mode as in other videos ;D

2nd you didn't play online (i can see that because you switched to spectator mode-> its a demo record)
