i did it two summers ago and it was FUCKED up. the stupidest thing you can do. they try to brainwash you with the whole deal about it's a leadership experience and shit...but there are a lot better and easier opportunities to develop social/leadership skills. don't fall for them it's fucked up. before i went i didn't believe it and i had to experience it myself. you end up making like 6 grands (on average) of which you spend 4 of it through the summer for cost of living

my girlfriend did that last summer and now works with them full-time! great work experience for her.  :)
