DIY Its work DoublerVoltage In12V to35V, out 24Vto 76V circuit fr. ElecFree com "search 12v to 24v dc to dc converter IC 40106, change BYWS1P1-200 to FT2000G n all the Capacitor into higher value, work very well together with PWM G Forrest Cook, all MosFeT using IRF250 w/Big Heat sink , 30Amp Max. for any HHO Cell thks :)) No More 12V Limited Car Battery,More Votlage, Less current less Heat plus connected it to motifier Alternator
Connecting the cells in series is a good idea for 12 volts, using 6 cells. If across each cell the voltage drop is more than 2 volts, energy is BEING WASTED heating up the water. I have tried using a single cell, but did more LOAD than HHO to the engine.
Hi, I didn't have enough money to keep this up, so I have been trying to get a real job to support everything. I will not gave up on this. Hopefully, i can get back on the HHO work soon.
I think you are concerning about possible sparks that could happen in between the plates? I think the chances are very small, because I have nutral plates in between the positive and negative plates not easy to get a short. Not sure if this anwers your question.

It's been over a month now how is your system working? Has performance increased?
