Here's one to look for. Every beat of 1, both legs should be straight (locked). 2 and 3 should have straight legs also. 4-and- (Cha-Cha-) is not necessary, 1 (CHA) again should be with both legs straight.

basically, legs should only bend on the last moment when moving from posision to position.
