  • Fly next time its cheaper if u book the flight ahead of time and bettr. Grey shit will continue their bullshit until theyres other bus companies out there that can go where they go. If your desperate theyll keep up the bullshit.

  • I toatally agree grey hound sucks dick, they are the only bus company around that can go any where in the continental USA thats y they continue to offer bad service. I was stuck in north carolina terminal for eight hours becaus they didnt have a driver to drive us the rest of the way, so me and other passengers had to wait 8 f fukin hrs and didnt even get a partial or full refund. Grey hound should be boycotted, they let them asshole drivers get awy with so much shit.

  • When will passengers learn that u shouldn't upset a quality trained person given an opportunity to provide u with safe mobility even if its a 3 hour delay in scheduling or any type of service delay please allow the Ground Travel Specialists the respect and don't make them cause an accident because of your dissatisfaction

  • Without seeing the whole conversation, it's hard to apportion blame. But there should've been give-and-take on both sides - the driver, even if woken unexpectedly from sleep to have to work, should have apologized straight away on behalf of the company. At the same time, the passengers should have understood that their situation was not his personal fault.

  • Yup. Greyhound has the worst customer service of any company I've ever known. Drove from Fargo, ND to Billings, MT with no heat on bus. -8 below zero. Mechanic looked at the bus and said, "Yup. Heater's broken". Then left... WTF? I complained and requested a partial refund and was denied. They said the busline I have to deal with is Rimrock Lines. (They owned the bus we were riding) But Greyhound sold me the damned TICKET!!! ASSHOLES. I'll never ride Greyhound again.

  • i just wanted to say to all the bad greyhound drivers out their, Jesus see's what you do and how you act, I am a totally blind person who has always wanted to drive a bus for greyhound so when jesus returns and i can see to drive while you the bad drivers and burning in hell i will be driving your bus on your route and treating my passengers with kindness and compassion, the time will be soon, that is my dream to drive a big greyhound bus, and lord willing it will come true

  • well, this is only 28 seconds. There could have been another 4 mins. The driver could have actually been nice but then the passengers decided to piss him off. GIVE ME A BREAK! So what if you miss your destination by 3 hours. Some missed it by WEEKS!

  • It isn't the busdriver who had the bad attitude, it's the assholes that got in his face confronting him about something about which he had no control. Only a damn fool would go trying to piss-off the driver who is responsible for getting you from point A to point B saftley. If there is a problem, call customer service, but it's foolish to fuck with the person who has your life in his hand.

  • @IceTreyMan I agree replacement operators and relieving operators deal with this a lot and I do so as well. I am and operator for Detroit, however this particular operator shouldn't allow the fustrated passenger hook him The protocol is that we as operators should handle problems as calmly as possible

  • @IceTreyMan You are right. The passenger confronting the driver was the troube maker and not the driver. Some people do have issues with their temper and can go off at people who confront them for issues they have no control over. I gotta put up with it at work regularly. And it is irritating to me. If I were stranded for 3 hours I would be completely glad when someone showed up to work the run. Its not this driver at fault for the one driver who never showed.

  • the upset passengers should not be mad at the replacement driver. Plus, you filming someone with out there permission is against the law. Plus a lot of the passengers that we carry think they know everything so yelling at a driver will get them every where. But they are sadly mistaken. After 911 everything changed everywhere. Yell at a driver and the driver has ever right to put you off the bus.

  • why would the people be mad at the replacement driver. It is not his fault that the original driver did not show up. So the frustrations should had not be taken out on the replacement driver. They probably called him at the last minute. You should of complain to management.

  • I am sorry that you had this situation with a driver. As a driver from 1980-1992 we would have never been this rude. I am not sure what has happened to Greyhound. They are running drivers all over before they get back home, sorta like a truck driver.
