This would be a nice elevator, if it wasn't a Schitler. I've never liked or trusted their equipment.

I love HT fixtures! I think Schindler was just given a bad name/reputation. Really, the only down side is the door close button and the alarm bell. Schindlers have beautiful fixtures, smooth hydraulics and pleasant chimes. Also, were buttons on the same controller? We have 2 Schindler HT 330A's in New Rochelle just like that and they are GORGOuS!

@suzzex What does the door close button have to do with the brand? Any button can break. I think the reason that so many elevators have a busted close button is because once they break the repair guy may miss it because the elevator still operates.
