Actually we have no evidence that IGF-1 or BST is involved in the development of breast cancer. Amino acids are not acidic, they have a 'zwitterionic amine group' which acts as its own buffer so does not lower pH of blood. This is regulated by urea, not dissolved Calcium from bones.
