Where as the terrorists on 911, in their own words acted in the name of allah. McVeigh was an anarchist, who wanted to over throw the government because of his political views, not religious. He hoped to inspire a revolt against what he considered to be a tyrannical federal government. I would agree w/u if an anarchist group wanted an office near the O.C. bombing site.
