If we don't have a personal self, it seems clear that we cannot have a free will, which, by definition, requires a personal self deciding free of factors it does not control. It's a legitimate question, and the answer is simply no.
We need to acknowledge the correct answer, because when we ascribe free will to ourselves and each other, we blame, feel guilty, etc. Check out over 50 episodes of my show Exploring the Illusion of Free Will for more on this.
