  • double pipe shot

  • sooo goood

  • is this guy rockin the rock-it pocket?

  • hey i play midi and i want to take more shots bc i mainly just feed and set up. When i try to shoot fast i always spike the ball at the ground right in front of the net any tips

  • Hey I just started playing offense more, but with my overhead shot the ball launches almost straight up just before it passes my head. I feel like im doing the motions right though. any ideas?

  • @YachtClubOrGTFO ya that happened to me when i started the problem is that u are stopping your stick before it gets to ur shoulders so the ball is going upwards or u arent shooting with enough of strength keep on practicing and your problem will be resolved

  • @lakaiz77 Allright il try that thanks buddy

  • @YachtClubOrGTFO Also, sounds like your whip is kinda low. I play with a fair amount of whip for the reason that its tough for me to keep the ball down on overhand shots. So maybe not the issue, but something to think about.

  • that dudes fuckin accurate

  • what is your clocked shot

  • Is your head traditionally strung?

  • how do you do that wind up with your bottom hand? ive been trying for a while but i cant seem to get it right. if someone could help me out i would appreciate it

  • Before shooting, do you cradle with the bottom or top hand?

  • @DeathizYellow Bottom. It feels weird, but you get used to it.

  • RIP

  • ur fat

  • Your legs are fucking twigs

  • I'm an attackmen and I usually have a lot of people covering me. How do you switch hands trying to shoot?

  • @WeAreThe3BestFriends You don't you pass it (: My Team has alot of ball hogs who think they can run through others Defense... when they have wide open men all the time.

  • how do you cradle while your about to shoot???

  • @1vinze1 You have to work on cradling more, lower down the shaft. To do this, with your main hand, cradle how you would normally at the top of your stick, near the head, then, progressively cradle further and further down the shaft.

  • @entguy1 I cradle with my bottom hand.

  • @DeathizYellow you're doing it wrong.

  • i wonder if these shots are just slow and accurate, or if their actualy going fast. Im not bagen on the guy, im just wondering cuz it seems like he's not shooting them that fast.

  • @juanitto4700 He's actually shooting pretty fast, it just seems slow because of the camera angle, where you follow the ball the entire way from behind. Kinda like if you've ever played paintball, airsoft, or anything of the sort, it's like that. You can see your own bullets fired because of your vantage point and they look "slow" because you follow them the entire way, but you can't even see the other bullets. Same principle here. He's probably shooting 90+ mph. That clear things up at all?

  • he sounds like craig from craig vs wild

  • it looks like he has to take a piss

  • damn that left corner is getting abused

  • is that a rock-it pocket???

  • @xhockeyx2730 yeah

  • Princeton University (’99)

  • i want his hoodie

  • rips top ched

  • Not bad. I'd like to hear you comment on when to use these shots. Side-arm shots are effective when moving across the front plane of the goal. Over-hand shots are more accurate and have more shot speed (especially when in the alleys) headed toward the goal. Shots on the run are more common than from planted feet.

  • These shots are used when you have time and room - extra man, transition, off of another teammates dodge - any time when there is no need to dodge to shoot. Typically the decision to shoot overhand or sidearm depends on where you are on the field, what you are most comfortable with, and where.how you have shot the last few similar type shots (keep the goalie guessing). Time and room shots are different from shots on the run or in close shots.

  • Great video! This is exactly what it takes to get your players to learn proper shooting technique. Well done Lorne!
